I initially went with Janice to do a short sale. Got her off the internet, big mistake. She proved to be slow and at times incompetent. Offers were delivered after expiring. She was given the information of how to contact the mortgage company back east, but she chose to speak with someone here delaying the process. She argued with the mortgage company the percent of her commission. I asked the broker to cancel my contract which they did and now she and her attorney are arguing the cancelation.
I highly recommend using anyone else but this brokerage and this realtor.
