History

Established in 2003.

When Bill Kershaw, Brooks Cutter and Eric Ratinoff started their law firm, they shared one common vision: to empower injured people and businesses with excellent representation. Their extensive experience in personal injury, complex and class action litigation taught them how critical it is for people taking on insurance companies and big corporations to know they have someone capable on their side, fighting for them every step of the way.

Building their practice on the contingency-fee model has helped them to align their goals with the goals of their clients. It also allows anyone who has been significantly injured to hire excellent legal representation without putting any money into the case from their own pocket, creating a client-attorney partnership.

«We assume the financial risk because our clients have already been injured,» says Brooks Cutter. «They need somebody to take the legal piece off their plate so they can focus on their own physical and mental recovery.»
