The Bankruptcy Firm of The Law offices of Ted A Greene started as a law firm with the goal in mind to help those facing financial hardships and Real Estate problems such as upside-​down mortgages or are facing foreclosure. There are other services that the firm offers such as personal injury, will and trusts.

Ted Greene in addition to being an attorney is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker so when the housing crisis hit we found ourselves in the position to help many people who had upside-​down mortgages and didn’t know where to turn. We have all the necessary services under one roof to help someone in distress with their mortgage and most of the time it doesn’t cost the homeowner any money.

Since the start of the firm we the Law offices of Ted A Greene have helped many file for bankruptcy under chapter 7.

Bankruptcy Attorney Ted Greene, the founder of The Law Offices Ted A. Greene, Inc., has years of experience in Bankruptcy, real estate brokerage, title insurance, and real estate transactions. Mr. Greene began his career in the United States Air Force and then went on to successfully own and operate several large Sacramento businesses before entering law school and becoming a licensed attorney in California.

Shortly afterwards, Ted obtained his real estate broker’s license to further expand his available services to real estate clients, both commercial and residential.

Ted has an undergraduate degree in accounting and specializes in sensitive cases involving difficult financials. Mr. Greene enjoys spending time with his family. He enjoys golf and still plays soccer in his local «over 50 league.»
