Just rented a unit here, super nice staff. The place is clean and nice and cool. They have good hours and you can access your storage even when the office is closed. They are very accommodating and answered all of our questions, also good location and they are close to the freeway which makes things a little easier for moving.

Originally I reserved a U-​Haul at a different location but ended up cancelling that reservation due to horrible customer service and ended up with a reservation here. Within 20 minutes of cancelling my first reservation I had the U-​Haul I needed and was on my way. Brian was great. He was polite, quick and responsive. Prices were reasonable and truck was clean. I would defiantly rent a U-​Haul here again in the future. Highly recommended!

When my boyfriend and I arrived we were relieved to see the uhaul drop off depot, so not only could we load our stuff into the storage unit, we also dropped off the uhaul equipment. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE especially from Paul Willis. Moved us in quick and helped with everything we could possibly need. Thanks again life storage!

Bryan Smith is the store manager and what a delight it was working with him a couple weeks ago when I needed a U-​Haul truck! This guy gets customer service! He was friendly, prompt and thorough. I got the truck I needed and was on my way in record time.
I’ve rented 8 trucks this year alone to pick up large pieces at estate sales and am slowly moving to a town 2 hours away. I’ll need a few more trucks before the end of the year and will only rent from Bryan from now on!
This storage facility is at the end of the road so don’t be discouraged if it seems like you’re driving forever to get there. It’ll be worth the drive if Bryan is working.

I’ve never written a bad Unilocal review but after a year I watching my mom go crazy and lose money to this place, I can’t hold back. I will not waste anymore time and aggregation by explaining the while story, nor do I think you want to hear every detail. What I will say is that this place is the most unorganized, unprofessional, and incompetent storage unit I have ever dealt with. The manager, Bryan, took zero initiative in handling the issues we were having. I will never do business with Lifestorage again and I hope no one else has to deal with the headaches we have.

21st century brings customer service to the storage business.
I was in a bind and needed to store some items quickly. Unfortunately, one of the items was unable to fit in the unit, which was my own fault. The managers of the facility took care of my needs and quickly moved me to another, much larger unit and even helped me move!
Most storage companies treat you as if you are lucky to be there. 21st Century treats you like they are lucky to have you. I am glad to be a client of there’s and couldn’t thank the managers of the facility enough for their help, understanding, and flexibility.
