Owner Frank & Gloria Louie have been serving the greater Sacramento Area since 1989. Louie ‘s Restaurant serves fresh & flavorful Cantonese Cuisine. In Cantonese cooking, steaming, stir frying and deep frying are the most popular cooking methods to bring out the flavor of the freshest ingredients. Our cuisine can be characterized by the use of very mild and simple spices in combination. In September 2002, we remodeled our dining room and entry in shades of plum, purple and reds. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing for our guest. At our service counter, we have built-in steam tables which feature over 12 hot entrees to choose from at lunch, Monday thru Friday, which features daily chefs special. Our private Banquet/Conference room seats 56 persons. It is available for special events, fundraisers, meeting, etc. We are open for lunch and dinner, seven days a week. History
Established in 1989.
Louie’s Restaurant was established in May of 1989 in Sacramento. We have grown and remodeled many times over the years to better serve our community. Our catering service has hosted many events: opening of the Winchester Golf Course & Community near Auburn, California State Senate & Assembly members, many local and statewide political candidates, Sacramento Area & California Firefighters Association, Alhambra Surgery, and Sutter Hospitals, to name a few.
