Full event coordinating and management services including, event design and theme development, Initial consultation & budget planning. Discuss design concept: Custom wedding or event design. Venue search and selection, including site visits, including final walk through prior to event. Tracking of budget and payment schedules. Primary contact for all vendor appointment scheduling, questions, issues, changes, etc. Attendance at vendor meetings, assistance with invitations/Save-the-Date’s. Manage guest lists, registrations, agendas, evaluation forms, nametags, etc. Assistance with design details. (Event Day Coordination) Organize, coordinate, manage and supervise overall set up/​design, catering, AV tech support, and all other logistics of event to ensure all details are executed as planned. Organize schedule for decorators, florists, caterer, photography, and all aspects of event. Organize, coordinate and negotiate hotel amenities for out of town guests. A.V. Tech.
