This place is absolutely the best. Lydia is strong and gives amazing deep tissue massages and really listens to you to what and where you want the most attention .She focuses and is aggressive to the problem area .She can be light too but she is a h great massage therapist

My SO and I came here last Saturday for a couple’s massage. It was basically our first time getting a couple’s massage and we are newbs. Plenty of street parking on a weekend, probably not so during the week as it is around city hall. The place is a bit hidden but there are plenty of signs to point you into the right direction.
We were welcomed by dim lighting and some light music. The man at the front desk greeted us and helped his get ready. He prepared some plastic disposal flip flops for us and lead us into the changing room. Now that I have read some other reviews, we now know that if were to go again to lock the door. Haha. The man closed the door and we thought we were safe. haha. There are lockers located in the changing room with keys that you keep in your robe pocket. You sit by the couch area after you change and someone will come out and get you.
The room we got our massage was very calming and well decorated. Our two masseuse were two thai ladies — one was older. The massage overall was pretty thorough but soon we realized they were going in different speeds and my lady skip some small steps to catch up. They do wear thick shoes and you can hear them walking around but seeing how they are on their feet for an hour rubbing my body I can let that go.
Also, in the changing room there are showers where you can wash the lotion off. I wish I knew that before but theres always a next time.
$ 130 not including tip for a couple massage. I don’t have that much experience with massages so I am not sure that this is considered pricy but we enjoyed our hour very much.

Had a Groupon for the couples massage so pricing was definitely worth it, but I didn’t enjoy it as much. Nice staff and quiet environment though.
My masseuse was an older asian lady, and although she asked what area I wanted to focus on, she didn’t exactly spend more time on it. I never felt relaxed throughout the massage. Here’s why:
— She applied too much pressure and when I flinched, she just kept going. I told her the pressure was too hard, but I don’t think she knew how to adjust it.
— I hate when people touch my feet, and she kept going back after I pull away.
Another thing that really bothered me was when they didn’t wipe off the oil on our body! They use A LOT too, so we were extremely greasy and uncomfortable when we left.
The only reason I gave this place 3 stars was because the night before our massage, I slept wrong and hurt my neck. The day after the massage, I was able to move my head like usual, just slightly stiff. It usually takes at least 2 – 3 days before the pain/​stiffness goes away, but my masseuse did this technique on my neck/​shoulder that felt really good. My boyfriend said his masseuse (a younger white girl) did a similar technique and he liked it too. His masseuse didn’t apply enough pressure, mine applied too much… I wish we switched because we might’ve enjoyed our massages more!

Got a couples massage for an anniversary treat. First of all, it was great they were open so late on a Sunday evening — we finished our massages around 7 pm. Great for relaxing at the end of the weekend. We’ve done many many massage treatments in different places over the years, but I can honestly say that this was one of the best massages of my life. Will be going back very soon!

It was sooo ooooo amazingly relaxing… it is not the typical 1hr massage parlor in south sac for 20 dollars. Def not! Upon arriving we were greeted by the receptionist to read over some legal papers for signing due to health issues. We then take off our shoes to put in a shoe cubby and put on a choice of color on slippers. We were lead to a changing room to take off a such clothing to our comfortability and a robe to put on. There are lockers with keys to hold for security. My boyfriend and I did a couples massage and in the room were lit candles and a bath tub! We were not able to use it, maybe because our package didn’t Include it. we were massaged for a whole our and asked where we would like our concentration areas to be. It was so relaxing, I loved it. Afterwards the changing rooms had a shower and sink with soap, shampoo and conditioner to be used. my boyfriend and I loved it! I can’t stop saying it.

Came in here yesterday and tried their couples massage with the bf. Found a Groupon and was in dire need of de-​stressing.
OMG! It was the best massage I have gotten. My masseus was Tasha. She made sure the pressure she was using was comfortable at all times. I had a lot of knots in my upper back and shoulders and she helped taking them all out!
My bf had Dao for his masseus and he was in love, too! He has never had one before and we are in the middle of studying for a law school exam. He most certainly walked out saying we’d be doing this bi-​weekly!
They have this nice technique with the warm steamed towels they place on you after the massage to make sure they aren’t too hot or too wet. It was just right.
I loved that they had showers. They provide body wash – but if you may want to bring your shampoo/​conditioner because they will massage your head and neck… making the hair oily.
Will be back to try their steam room and jacuzzi next time! Thanks ladies for making last night so comforting and helping us de-​stress!

All I got to say is the best massage of my life!!! Hands down loved this place, the room was so relaxing. Being it was my first massage, totally was skeptic, yet hesitant. The girl was relaxed and eased me into it. I had knots in my back and legs, moreover never knew that knots can exist on any leg. The place is soothing, music, with candles in the back.
Be prepared to feel relaxed and comfortable. Massages are definitely going to be apart of my routine and without a question am going back. I felt like massages have been missing in my life and it’s like a new discovery for me.

I’ve been going here with a few friends over the years. I’ve had almost every person there massage me once or twice. It’s clean, nice, helpful friendly people, and the prices are super reasonable for a good experience. Love the place would recommend it. Sadly, the parking is downtown and if you go during the week before 6pm you pay for parking.

We try to come here once a month if possible. Everyone is friendly, but most importantly, the massages are fantastic. The place is also clean and affordable, everything you’d want in a massage place.

This was our first visit and we absolutely loved the experience! Super sweet and friendly staff, made us feel welcome and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and we were glad to have access to the complementary showers after our massage. We will definitely be back!

I love massages and get one almost weekly.
This is more pricy then my other place, but it’s close by and has a steam room. The first time I came in I got the ear candling due to I was in a lot of pain. They process was very relaxing and the women who did it was very knowledgeable. I have heard about ear candling in the past, but this is my first time trying it. I was desperate. I think it helped. I parked right out front at the meter, it was very convenient and inexpensive. I think $ 1.25/hr.
I then booked a massage for after work with the same gal. The massage was wonderful. The whole place has a very peaceful and relaxing ambiance. They give you little shoes to where when you walk in and then they have lockers and robes to wear. After the massage I went into the eucalyptus steam room. Next time I am bringing an ice cold big gulp size of water so I can last longer in the room. The room is very hot and steamy. Pouring cold water on yourself while you in there can help you stay longer. I really think staying in that room helps me breathe.
A couple of weeks ago and went back. I forgot to book the same gal, but the gal that had me was so sweet and switched with her. I’ve got to remember to book with her next time. I really do love this place. It’s the only place in the area that has a steam room. I called all around when I booked the first time and the next closest spa with a steam room is Thunder Valley in Roseville. That’s nice too, but a bit of a drive.
I’ll be back and make sure I make my appointment with my favorite gal.

Finding this place was interesting considering it was located in a part of town I’ve never really been to. Thank god for GPS. Haha. They had signs pointing us where to go and it was located in this office building, located directly on the right, can’t miss it. Really quiet and lovely décor when you walk inside and the receptionist was kind and calm as well. :)
My mom and I got led into the changing room, which offered a shower as well. Tile flooring, so it’s kinda cold on the feet and the showers weren’t luxurious, but as least they offered it ya know? :D
The massage, I forgot my girls name, but was strong for a tiny woman! Oh my gosh, best massage I’ve had, really got in my back and shoulders well. I have to admit I was sore afterwards, but the next day I was feeling so good. I even went back to work and my customers said I looked refreshed, whatever I did on my day off. Lol.
My mom and I were offered the steam sauna as well. It took a while to heat up, but it was perfectly fine. :)

great experience! the facilities were really nice and clean. I went in for a couples massage with my boyfriend and the ambience of the massage room was so nice. they women that work there are incredibly nice and accommodating. the woman massaging me was constantly asking me if I was comfortable and if the pressure was alright throughout my massage. needless to say, I left there walking on a cloud. ladies, don’t go in with a full face of makeup because by the time my massage was over, my makeup was smeared off. the men’s bathroom has a bigger shower than the ladies, and it’s private, whereas the ladies bathroom has two small showers.
overall great experience and I would definitely return!

Got a massage here yesterday. The place was kind of hidden so I had to walk up and down the street to find it. I was surprised that it actually appeared to be in and around some sort of medical center. I wanted to take pictures, but i am sure that the other people wondering around the room wouldn’t be to thrilled.
So I go into the bathroom, it was kind of a clean place, but could use some work and they handed me a robe to wear. I put on the soft white robe and locked my things up in the locker. The first thing I realized about the robe was that the piece that ties was missing so I had to hold
it closed.
The atmosphere was dim and candle lit and out came the masseuse. She was very pleasant and laid back. I wished she would have dug deeper into some areas of my shoulder blades though.
The cd that she played was relaxing, but it did skip a little and it was a little irritating. I also didn’t leave as relaxed as I felt I should have and this morning I realized two bruises on the back of my legs. It was a good massage for the price though.

Had a romantic couples massage with my boyfriend today. It was great! We did the 1 hour Swedish massage, followed by 1 hour in their spa jacuzzi. Total was $ 170 for the package. A little pricy, but worth it spend time with your partner.
They have showers in the changing rooms, so you can rinse off the oil and lotion after your massage and bath — which is really nice, because I normally dread having to put my clothes on over all that oil.
The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because our massage tables weren’t warm, in fact I was pretty cold during the massage when not covered by the blankets. My boyfriends therapist was also very loud, she spoke a lot and would laugh when she would bump into or trip over something. She also wore shoes that were really loud on the floor as she walked around. Pretty distracting when you’re trying to relax. Other than that; I would definitely recommend this facility!

Came here yesterday for a couple’s massage.
The facility is cute and clean enough. We were greeted warmly and asked about parking, which was a small issue. We were scheduled for a 1 hour massage followed by 1 hour in the Jacuzzi and the max parking on the street around the business was 2 hours so we knew we were going to have to cut our Jacuzzi time short. We filled out some paperwork and were taken to a small shower/​locker room where we got undressed and put on robes.
We loved the couples massage room. The rose petals on the floor were such a nice touch. I also really enjoyed the music selection.
We both enjoyed our massages. I asked for a lot of pressure and I got it! My partner said that his masseuse also found some of his knots and worked them out and he really appreciated that.
The Jacuzzi was drawn while we were being massaged and I had seen some reviews that the water was not hot… to the contrary, the water was scorching hot and we actually had to wait about 10 minutes of adding cold water before we could get in. While we waited, we enjoyed the green tea and chocolates which were a really nice touch. We did only get to spend about 20 min in the Jacuzzi, but that was fine. If not for the parking and the fact that we had to wait so long to be able to get into the Jacuzzi I would give this place 5 stars.
We paid $ 170 =$ 30 tip and at $ 200 for a massage and Jacuzzi time, you can’t do better for the price. We will be back and we will aslo reccomend this place to friends.

I’ve gotten a couples massage here twice now. The first time was great and super relaxing. The building was soothing and clean, and once you enter the room for the couples massage it’s very calming. The music is waterfalls I believe and I personally thought it was nice. Second time we went was recent and it was a great experience once again. Only thing I didn’t like was the lady kept breathing out of her mouth and unfortunately I was laying down facing her. So I would have given this place 5 stars but I felt very uncomfortable when she was breathing hard on my face.
Overall I still recommend this place if you want a soothing get-​a-​away with your significant other. It’s reasonably priced (trust me, I searched and this place is affordable) and it’s super relaxing. Although I didn’t enjoy my 2^nd time as much as my first, I still would return because their Swedish massage is such a treat and you feel so rejuvenated afterwards. Definitely try their steam room afterwards!

Nadia was amazing! And its cheap! She definitely works hard and is very attentive. I walked in with a terribly sore lower back and walked out feeling 10x better! Best $ 50 well spent!

Tried the place out and here’s the breakdown
Massage: table was comfortable, I liked the heating pad, and the masseuse listened to where I wanted her to focus on.
Atmosphere: quiet, but no large sofa. Just an area with benches and a TV with product ads runnung. Not that tranquil. Also no privacy in locker rooms and you have to watch the door so no one walks in on you when you’re trying to change
Steam room: heats up quickly and smells like eucalyptus
Cleanliness: they have disposable flip flops, give you clean towels as well
Overall, the massage was a 4 and the rest was a 2 so average of 3 stars
