History

Established in 2012.

This dental practice has been here since mid 90’s. Dr. Alizadeh has been practicing here at this location since March of 2012 with some of the original team members that have been here since the practice was first established.

Starting January 2014, Dr. Saleh, Dr. Alizadeh’s wife joined forces with her husband at Marconi Dental Group. Her 10+ years of experience treating pediatric patients has helped to complete the circle of comprehensive family dentistry. Together, they offer treatment for patients as young as a year old, all the way into ripe adulthood.

Both Drs. received their Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degrees at New York University, where they first met. Believing education never stops, they are both active members at the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the Sacramento District Dental Society.

Dr. Alizadeh is also a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Alizadeh & his wife Dr. Saleh have three beautiful kids. When they are not treating their patients at the office, they spend most of their time with their three little ones. They enjoy taking the kids to the zoo, local parks, or swimming during the hot Sacramento months.

Dr. Alizadeh likes to run and has completed a Marathon, and multiple half marathons and other various distance road runs. Dr. Saleh enjoys going to the gym at least 3 – 4 days a week. They both like to stay active and live a healthy life by making their health, a top priority.

I am so disappointed I used to really love this place, up until this past week all the staff had been amazing! Edna, Lisa, and the doctors are my favorite, as well as a few others that I can’t remember their name. This past week everything changed and now I’ll need to look for a new dentist. I was planning to get Invisalign (which I had been excited about for years). I was quoted a price by Shelby, a price I thought was a lil low so I asked for confirmation multiple time if that was the right price, she confirmed over and over! I stretched myself and paid the price she told me. I took my impressions and everything! Then I come in to retake my impressions, due to error and they tell me (Shelby) that I owe 1500 and it was due that day!!! What! Apparently she made a mistake when she told me the original price and instead of checking when I asked repeatedly she just confirmed. (mind you I already had signed contracts). I was upset at her negligence. So they told me Friday their financial person Stephanie would call me. She never called Friday (even though she tried to say she left a message, I never got a missed call or message) Stephanie tells me (while raising her voice) that I can pay the additional 1500 or if I cancel I’ll be charged the full original price I paid and will not be refunded. Stephanie claimed its not there fault and I didn’t sign documents (which was false). In my years of service I have never been spoken to with such disrespect!!! They messed up and should honor that they made a mistake, but this was never addressed. I refuse to support such rude customer service. It breaks my heart because I really did like the doctors but the front staff was so rude in dealing with this manner, and many tried to lie to cover their negligence. I have been through this with the previous Doctor, Dr. Lewis i was willing to give new doctors a chance against the desire of many, but clearly the front staff except EDNA is still the same!!! Eventually they did refund the cost however it is the principal, now I will not get braces which as i stated was my dream, crushed by their negligence. All of this could have been avoided if they checked my files and listened the first time.

Had a teeth cleaning and invisalign check up this week. I’ve also had ~3 teeth cleanings. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with them from the very beginning. I live in Davis and find it completely worthwhile for a trek to Marconi dental group for any dentist needs.
Recently, I turned 26 and had to find all my own insurance coverage. I was searching for a dental plan that would allow me to continue to go to Marconi dental group. Turns out they offer a great deal for dental insurance.
The staff are all great and I’m always welcomed to awesome receptionists and coffee when I have those early morning appointments. They are always so accommodating to my weird work hours and the communication between them is so great. One time, made an appointment for a future cleaning and I only had a 30 minute window. The receptionist over the phone told me that they will let them know before I come in about my time constraint and they will definitely have me out. The day of my appointment (weeks later) everybody knew about it and they had me in and out within the 30 minutes.
I am nearing the end of my invisalign and the only issue I’ve had are the brackets that get placed on your teeth, but overtime I forgot they were even there!

I have been with Marconi Dental Group for about 2 years and have had many procedures done here (e.g., routine cleanings, invisalign, gum disease treatment, laser, etc.). I find that Dr. A takes time to explain all the procedures. He explains all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment.
His staff is also extremely helpful in helping me with figuring costs and working with my insurance. Additionally, they work to find days that would work for me and send me friendly reminders via text, email, phone call in advance. The team at MDG works very well together.
Dr. A has a great rapport with his patients and team. Great patient service overall!
I am glad to have found MDG and I am extremely satisfied with their service!

Just moved to the area and was looking for a new dental office. I was very lucky to find this location. It is clean and the staff is very friendly. While waiting you can have a variety of drinks including coffee or tea. I had Dr. Kim and she was wonderful, the dental assistant was also very good. They worked in a timely manner and were very helpful in answering my questions. They also offered a free laser gum treatment which I enjoyed as it was an even better way to take care of my dental health. I would defiantly come back and recommend this place to anyone looking for a good denial oddi

I would give Marconi dental group 6 stars if I could. Like everyone else I don’t like dental work or dentists as a rule. Having said that, this is probably the best dental office I’ve ever been to. I am handing out 50 $ off cards to my family and coworkers as I write this review. Just simple things like getting composite fillings redone are completely transforming my mouth. Dr. Alizadeh really takes his time shaping your teeth perfectly rather than just filling teeth. I swear just after having all my front fillings redone it looks as if I’ve had veneers compared to my old teeth. The office staff and dental assistants are all super pleasant to work with as well.
I had a procedure done that was not covered by my insurance and the office covered the charges to keep me happy as a patient and coming back. One time they were running late and to make me feel better they gave me a Starbucks gift card for waiting. It’s the little things like that that make a difference. Make your appointment now.

I chose this office based upon a referral from a former co-​worker. The office is very clean, peaceful, and provides a few complimentary perks such as coffee… (Which seems strange to have before a dental appointment, but if I needed caffeine I’m glad it’s there).
Today’s visit was the best I have had. The receptionist took the time to chat with me and was very helpful. My hygienist was also very friendly and wasn’t trying to oversell services to me. It made my whole better. I would definitely recommend this dentist office.

I decided to check this place out and have a consultation for veneers. I had other dental practices in mind to check out but after coming to Marconi dental group, I immediately made up my mind. The whole staff was incredible and very informative. I was greeted with a big smile by Edna in the front office. Then Christina gave me a tour around the whole practice and I thought it was super cool they have their own lab for dental cosmetics. Christina broke everything down with me and was able to work with my financial needs. Dr. Kim, Jaelene and Lisa worked together to put my temporary veneers on and they were all excellent throughout the whole process. Always checking to see if I was okay. Dr. Kim was very patient and spent hours on my teeth to make sure they were perfect! They even called me a couple days later to see how I was doing! I’m very happy with my decision of choosing this dental group for all my dental needs!

As a person who suffers from Anxiety, I have never felt so comfortable at a Dentist office. Dr Saleh and Lisa, my Dental Assistant are wonderful! As I was sitting in my dental chair after having a shot of Novocaine «Marinating», as Dr. Saleh put it, I was listening to the accolade’s being shared with the employees, and I thought what a great Dental Office this is. Everyone contributes and enjoys their specific contribution to the whole, from the receptionists to the Doctors. My treatments were painless, and my care and comfort was a priority. I highly recommend them, they truly are a team! I also need to add that Joan, the dental hygienist is terrific!

I just started my invisalign here and I absolutely love this place. They’re all so friendly here and I strongly recommend anyone to come here. Since Marconi Dental now has the staff writing Unilocal reviews I felt I had to respond to Mike B who directed mentioned me and wrote his review expressly to me.
Mike B., your review was hilarious; now that all your teeth have been pulled are you feeling better? I wonder what «Scripps, not skripps, dental group would have to say about your allegations? Anyway, I got a chuckle out of it, thank you. Judging from your photo, I think that you should probably tell the dentist to go easy on the sedation drugs next time.
I was a patient of Marconi Dental. I went there, I trusted them and unfortunately, they took advantage of me. They had the opportunity to inform me that in beginning of the this year my insurance no longer coverage work at their business. I ended up paying completely out of pocket and paying way more than I should have. When I realized what had happened, I informed them and they were totally unapologetic. The person I spoke to on the phone about this asked me what I wanted done about it and I suggested a fractional rebate to offset the amount that I overpaid. They got back to me with a total refusal. What they offered me was a reduction in their charges for future work; i.e. cleaning, etc. In other words, they would give me a discount on services, I could get for free with my insurance, that’s pretty in your face and it was really galling.
Now, I see that Marconi Dental has it’s employees and relatives, Sharai G employee 6÷24÷15, Dr. Alizadeh brother Ardalan on 6÷30÷14 writing 5 star reviews for Marconi Dental; that’s unethical. (as of 7÷10÷15, these aforementioned reviews have now been removed)

To me the little things really matter. From the moment I walked in the door greeted by a room full of smiles my dentist nerves subsided. Everything in the the office is clean and creates a very comfortable environment. Being that I was fifteen mins early it was not long before I was taken back to start my visit. Dr. A. was very friendly and professional. What I liked most was his attention to detail and genuine concern for my dental needs. I also wanted to say thank you to Rubi she was very professional in taking my xrays. Overall I had an excellent experience.
