Not sure how to describe Mark’s speaking style but it feels very authentic and real. He uses personal stories to make his points hit home.

Mark is well spoken individual. He has a passion for speaking, which was evident even before he began the speaking business. From my experience with him he is a relaxed and calm mannered person.

Over the past year or two, his speaking business has picked up a lot of steam and hopefully it lasts. His versatility is key to his success and though he claims otherwise, he is a very savvy business mind as well. Working together, his motivational skills were a great help to me.

I watched many of his YouTube videos and read his blog and hope to attend a speech of his one of these days.

MYMIL was only a dream about six years ago. In 2012, with some hard work and the help of a few good friends, MYMIL finally got off the ground. The online presence was beginning to show activity and progress. My primary goal was to impact this world with positive words of encouragement. Reminding audiences that the power to change their lives exist within. Our power of CHOICE is key. Where we choose to focus our energy is the factor that will determine our success or failure.

Mission:

To inspire people to live with passion, energy, focus. Reminding everyone that each day is an opportunity to make your mark in life. I dedicated my life to a legacy of having a positive impact on the lives of others. I’ve learned that in order to have a successful business, one must provide «VALUE.» What makes MYMIL different is passion and the message. I want every audience to ‘FEEL” something at the end of each presentation.

I was hooked on speaking with Toastmasters. In the beginning it was great. I felt at home at Toastmasters. But, I wanted to do this for a living and not just for fun. I would watch other speakers on television but that wasn’t enough. I wanted to do more but, nowhere to turn. The seed that was planted by Howard Cosell was beginning to break through.

When I turned 40… something changed

Maybe it was a midlife crisis, I don’t know. Turning 40 signified that half of my life was probably over. I began to think about my legacy. While attending University of Phoenix, one of my instructors gave me some positive comments about one of my recent presentations. It was at that very moment I knew what I needed to do with my life from that point. I had always known I was passionate about speaking, but didn’t take it seriously.

My mission became to grow and invest in my gift daily. Use my gift to the fullest and positively impact the lives of others.
