Michelle Gist was trained at the Institute of Therapeutic Massage in 2001 (which included Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage) and has received Continuing Education in fields such as Thai Massage, Japanese Hot Stone Massage, Prenatal Massage, and much more since then. She focuses on integrating different types of massage to customize every massage to each client’s needs.

Michelle’s goal is to personalize each session to you, so that you can take charge of your life pain-​free and with vigor.

Michelle started her career in Massage Therapy after realizing what a difference it had made in her life. Chronic back pain and stress were relieved after seeing a competent Massage Therapist.
