Yes speedee service and friendly staff. Just popped in for break repair and they took care of my break problems. Complete with Netflix on the tele. Real close to Arigato Sushi, so if you need lunch great sushi is just around the corner too.

Check engine light is never fun to see but brought my cat in for a FREE diagnostic and found a potentially bad but fixable problem. The work was done and the car is awesome again. Courteous service and the respect they offer you. They also follow up with a courtesy call a few day later to make sure everything is alright. Also wash outside the windows and vacuum the front seat area what a nice added touch

If you don’t mind a 45 minute wait when there are zero customers, this place is for you…

Went in for an oil change. Told me it was going to be about 40 min. They changed the oil for a customer who came in after me before me. Waited 1.5hrs for my oil change. Good priced oil change. $ 33 after taxes for the basic one. But low quality customer service due to them not respecting the walk in first get help first rule.

Came in for an oil change and windshield wiper switch; and ended up needing to get my brakes done. :/​I hate the feeling of being forced into upgrade stuff with my car especially since I don’t know much about cars and am always unsure if I actually need something or not. BUT these guys have taken care of me every time I’ve come in, and I do not feel «upsold» at all whenever they say something needs to be taken care of. Even sitting here for the FOUR hours waiting for stuff to get done, I really enjoyed seeing how the guys interact with their customers and when the regulars came in (most were a bit older) the owner even came out to greet a few of them with the old school «good afternoon mr…» and ending responses with «…sir.» Very friendly bunch in this office.
Still waiting for my car, but thought I’d write a review on the positive side while sitting here. It’s taking a lot longer than I anticipated, but ya know its takes time to get this type of stuff done and I’d rather them take their time to get it right than rush through it. Will definitely come here again…

I was happy with the customer service. The guys were even cracking jokes with me. The interior of the place could be better. It’s not dirty per say but it could be cleaned better and organized a bit better. I would recommend this Midas location and come here again!

Great place everytime i come to this location I receive great customer service, its like hanging out with the boys after a long week at work Martin and Steve never try to rip me off on prices and are up front and honest about the condition of my vehicle. I even drive 25 from my house just for an oil change from these guys .
They are quick and there quality is still top tier, if I could give this location 10 stars I would

Came by today and I was immediately greeted by a man named Steve. The shop looked very clean, and a little busy at the time. He asked what I needed done, and all I needed today was for my tire pressure to be looked at. Instead of turning me away or making me wait, especially since there is no sale, Steve took my car in for the mechanics to check my tires. I have been in customer service for 10 years and it was nice to see great customer service first hand. It seems like that is very hard to come by these days. I have been a customer of Midas before (in Citrus Heights), and after today, I will continue to support their business. Thank you guys!

I went to this location to receive a vehicle inspection but nobody even spoke to me. I was waiting for a half an hour. I finally left to go to another Midas location to get the inspection done.

I have putting a lot of miles on my car and have been going here quite often. Staff are friendly and approachable.

They did excatly what what they said they would. It took a bit longer than they said but they were very busy and the price was right. Had the diff fluid changed in a Honda CR-​V. Friendly staff

This Midas location is a great shop. I have been here three different times, for three different reasons, and 3 cars and always left more than satisfied.
Service: awesome, every time I have come here I have been treated with fast and friendly service. I have always also received a follow up call 5 – 7 days later checking everything worked out. I’ve never had any other shop do this and it really shows they’re just dedicated to doing things right and if it’s not right they will make it right.
Price: definitely in line with prices of other shops, I don’t think they are necessarily the cheapest but I do believe the pricing is very fair and you can usually get a discount through coupons online for most jobs.
Knowledge: one of the things I noticed going on behind the scenes was how they assign mechanics to jobs. They do their best to assign the most knowledgable person that know about the certain part of the car that you need fixed. I don’t think they really advertise this but I saw it happening and it gave me more confidence in them.
Long review short, definitely trust your car to this place! You won’t be disappointed.

These guys were professional, honest, with great customer service. After taking my car to the MIDAS off fair oaks and got bad customer service, I brought my car here and these guys took care of me.
They quoted me and didn’t try to sell me gimmicks or try to use fear tactics to sell me something I didn’t need.

Easiest oil change of my life. AND they balanced my tires, vacuumed by car, filled my fluids. Check their website for a coupon and ask for Chris. No hassle just solid service.

Mixed feelings about leaving this review. I came here for an oil change and that’s it. The guys there were nice and personable, very polite. I came back after an hour or so and they were just getting my car ready. Paid, no problems there.
Once I got to my car, I realized that the guys that were washing my car were actually just slinging muddy water onto it — it was so dirty that once it dried I had to wash my car so I could see out of my back window. Weird. Another thing, what initially spurred me into getting an oil change was my tire pressure light coming on. No big deal, but I thought to myself that I’ve put a lot of miles on my car without getting it serviced, and they would top off fluids and fill the tires while I got the oil taken care of.
In their report it shows that the tire pressure is «ok», but my light was still on when I drove it, and I went to the gas station and filled them myself. They were all low, and one had only 20 lbs. of pressure in it (should’ve had ³²⁄₃₀). There’s no way they checked. Then, as I drive my car a little, I smell the faint burning oil smell you get when you spill oil on the engine and don’t clean it up.
So I can’t really say if they did a good job on the actual oil change or not, but all the little things I actually could see, feel and experience were either neglected or done poorly. And if they failed to even fill my tire as a courtesy when the paperwork says they checked it, how am I supposed to trust them for anything else? They were nice about everything, but I’m lost as a customer. I’ll do it myself next time.

I purchased my tires at America’s Tire Company on Arden Way. Unfortunately, they didn’t offer an alignment, so they directed me to Midas/​SpeeDee oil right behind their shop. I drove around the corner and walked in. Unable to get my tires aligned that day, they set me up with an appointment the next day.
An alignment costs $ 79.99, because I came from America’s Tire Company I was given a discount!
They have a clean waiting area with a wide screen TV to pass the time. The service is great and I highly recommend them.

There is nothing more reassuring than a General Manager who will personally work on your car.
Oil changes and wipers done. Cabin filter taken care of. Sage (and Jeremy) took car of me and my car like we were family. Super nice, very relaxed, and trustworthy. As a woman, a trustworthy mechanic is hard to find.
I’ve gone from Pep Boys (horrible) to Jiffy Lube (good, impersonal), and a few other places. Sage’s Midas on Arden is the best place.
And the 5 minute walk to Starbucks doesn’t hurt, either. :)
