Worst parts store ever! The customer service is horrid. We just went in to get 2 cylinders for a truck and the guy that helped us (emp. 90) seemed like an uneducated person that was rushing to get us out. And then we head up to the cashier, who was beyond rude and didn’t want to be there. She practically threw the change at my husband. We try not to go there unless it’s a last resort.

Great friendly service. Staff is very knowledgeable on parts. If an item is out of stock on the shelf. They have plenty of inventory in the warehouse behind the retail storefront. Also AAA members get a discount on all purchases.

Horrible wait time. Unfriendly staff. Phone keeps ringing without anyone answering it. This is supposedly the Corportate office and they sure are not leading by example. No sense of urgency. Over 9 people in line and you see certain employees not doing anything. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

When something goes wrong I believe in checking out the situation and first trying to fix it myself before calling/​paying a handyman. Why pay $ 20 – 30 bucks for labor when you can buy a part for $ 5 and DIY.
I stopped in with my hubs on a late Tuesday night. We scanned through the parts book and found the brake light we needed. The cashier was friendly and we got 10% off with our AAA discount. We we’d in and out in less than 10 mins and 5 minutes later my light was fixed. Done and done!

Came on a Sunday morning to get an important part before leaving town. Had already looked up the part number and new that they had six of them in stock. They opened at 9 AM but only the front doors. They were short on staff and their computers were down. By 9:15 there were people lined up very unhappy. Clearly the leadership was not prepared to actually open the store. Additionally, the counter help had been turned around to face same direction as the customers. Very awkward.

The man helping me was not very helpful in informing me about what was really needed to install the part. But he price was great.

Just wanted to say that Ash gives excellent service every time i need anything.

The fiancé’s car dies. Well, at least the battery did. One good thing about this situations is that I learned how to jump start a car! Learned how, but didn’t fully accomplish because the battery was dead. Super dead!!!
We contemplate about whether to tow and service or Push it to the garage and buy a battery. Since we just came home from vacation we opted for the latter to save some $$$.
We call the nearest auto parts store; in our case Napa Auto Parts. They were only 2 miles away. Thank goodness! I want to say that their customer service on the phone was way better than in store. The guy over the phone made sure that location had the battery we needed.
However, when we got there customer service declined. It’s funny because there were plenty of staff, just not placed well or taking their sweet time in the back doing God knows what. Since the fiancé’s car was out of commission, I had to drive him around. BUT I needed to get to the gym. So I put my bitch face on (the don’t make me late to my gym session or I’ll cut you look — (I was already dressed to go)), started tapping my foot until someone noticed and helped us check out. It shouldn’t have taken that long! I’m glad they had the battery and the location isn’t too far away from home. Just step up the customer service part!

I love the selection at this place and the convenience of shopping but the customer service is TERRIBLE! I popped in to buy a few items for my wife’s Cayenne and after quickly finding my items and selecting the products I stood at the checkout line for almost ten minutes while a clueless cashier tried to find something in the computer for the customer in front of me. He was buying Prestone but she was seriously struggling to complete the transaction and I have no idea why. She never even bothered to greet me and let me know she would be with me as soon as she removed her head from whatever hole it was stuck in! Even the customer she was helping was getting impatient at the level of incompetence. Had I not been limited on time I would have left the items on the counter and left after 5 minutes but I needed the items and didn’t have time to go elsewhere. They have any part you could need but make sure you speak the right «mechanic lingo» when being helped at the parts counter or you will get a surly look from one of the drones that work there. If your life is that miserable than find something that makes you happy so you don’t have to ruin my day while I try to get stuff for my car; it’s not that hard!

This place is legit! I always get excellent service when I’m in there! I work in sales at John Sullivan Chevrolet, and this place is just incredible. I would gladly return with my head held high for I will have yet another great experience!

I don’t really know one auto parts store from another, but Hubby likes going here to get parts for the GOAT, so it must be alright. He always seems to find what he needs, either by himself of with help from the staff. Hey, as long as Hubby’s happy, then I’m happy. :)

I came in here the other night about fifteen minutes before they closed. I didn’t know what part I needed and Jose quickly helped me. I was ready to buy the tools and whatever I needed since I was on my way home and a part broke while I was driving, leaving my exhaust pipe sparking. I was worried I wouldn’t get the right piece before they closed. Not only did I get that but Jose helped me fix it so I didn’t have to buy anything extra. Nice people, super friendly and great service. I really appreciate the extra help!

I went in today to buy oil for an oil change. I got the oil, but the service at this location SUCKS! Sorry, but really does. You will want to come prepared with a list of what you want with the expectation of recovering little or no help. When you do ask for help with a product, make sure to say thank you as employees seem to be bothered by you. if I do go back, it will be because I’m have to and no other facility will be open.
