a year and a half later and I’m still going here for both group classes and privates — couldn’t be happier! the studio is still immaculate, the instructors are knowledgeable, engaged, kind and fun & the classes never get stale. I go at least a few times a week and always get an amazing workout and leave feeling better than when I walked in — really, every single time, they’re incredible.
pricing is competitive and scheduling is a breeze. Audrey and her team work to keep it a positive, caring environment and it’s truly a pleasure to spend time there. Nephesh not only helped me achieve my fitness goals — they get full credit for helping me stay in great shape and injury-​free. They’ve added more classes at different levels and even though I don’t always ‘feel the burn’ in classes, the results are undeniable — I get a great workout without the sweat, aches or injury.
I travel a good amount and get compliments on my form at each and every studio I’ve visited. I’m so grateful to Audrey and team for working with me to develop such a strong and enriching pilates practice. I never thought I’d be so addicted to exercise — it’s all Nephesh’s fault — there’s really just none that can compare and I feel so fortunate to have found them!

Love this Pilates studio!!! I have been taking Pilates Reformer classes for nearly three years and I have been coming here for the past seven months. The instructors are each unique in their style and all are highly skilled in their technique. I love their personalities, their encouragement, and their creativity in workout routines. The studio has new equipment and good space utilization. The room is filled with light from the all the floor to ceiling windows and I love the koi pond outside. The prices are very affordable, particularly when compared to other studios in the city.

i had the pleasure of meeting today with Audrey, of Nephesh Pilates. I had did a search here on Unilocal for Pilates studios in Sacramento. Nephesh Pilates is located in a good area, along with a parking lot, so no worries as far as feeding the meters and worrying about getting a ticket. As is the case with some of the downtown and midtown studios. I was impressed as soon as I made the phone call to Nephesh Pilates, Audrey answered all my questions and made an appointment for me to come into the studio, and talk with her, along with seeing the studio and the Pilates equipment they have. I also took advantage of a free class that was offered to me, (it was going to start shortly after my introductory appointment with Audrey). The class was on the pilates reformer. I enjoyed my first group class, which was both fun and challenging. The instructor was knowledgeable and made the class interesting. She was helpful with adjustments as not to cause injury while using the reformer. I look forward to more sessions at Nephesh Pilates.

This place is amazing! I have taken pilates at other locations and thought I knew what I was doing. Wrong! Audrey is a master and teaches with joy and precision. Not only do you leave feeling stronger & more relaxed, you have fun doing it! If your doing pilates and feel bored or think you’ve learned everything there is to know, do yourself a favor and go see Audrey. She will inspire you!

I was injured in a car accident, and was trying to be healthy within my body limits for recovery. I went to Nephresh Pilates and worked with Mari (instructor) who helped me strengthen my core. I never tried pilates and am hooked. It makes you lean and using your own body as equipment is challenging. When my physician heard I was taking Pilates for rehabilitation he was estatic. I’ve met some of the other instructors over time, they are all very knowledgeable and friendly. Please try Nephresh Pilates you won’t regret it!
