NorCal Tech Support specializes in residential and small business IT services. Our main focus is on residential mobile support, meaning we come directly to you to fix your issue! From minor issues like internet connectivity problems to full on viruses infecting your computer, we fix it all! You no longer have to unplug all your devices and haul it down to a shop, we fix it on the spot! If your computer needs to be reformatted (Windows reinstalled for example) we will offer to take the computer with us and get it fixed and returned to you at no extra cost!

Another service we pride ourselves in is our small business solutions. We can manage, monitor, and setup your desktops, servers, and networks. We will install, manage, and update virus, spam and malware software to ensure security. We will install and maintain your system software keeping it up to date. We will manage and maintain your business e-​mail system and keep it simple to use. Services can be offered based on your business IT needs. 24÷7÷365 support is also available.

History

Established in 2015.

Even though the business officially started in 2015, we have a combined 15 years experience of handling IT support. NorCal Tech Support is comprised of two people who have both been doing tech support on their own for many years. We recently came together to combine our skills and to be able to offer the best services for both residential and small businesses in and around the greater Sacramento area.
