O’Reilly Auto Parts

My headlight was out, so I came in for a new bulb. I was standing in the aisle looking at all the different options and felt lost. I know nothing when it comes to cars. When an employee was done assisting another customer, I asked him for help. He also found the right windshield wipers for my car. After ringing me up, he came out and replaced my bulb and wipers for me. A+ for customer service!

My battery wouldn’t start and my roadside assistance provider got my car jumped and recommended I to Oreilly for the free electrical testing.
Tom was extremely helpful. He quickly determined my problem was loose terminals (cheap fix!) and he installed them for me right there. He truly saved the day!
You guys are the best. Thanks again, Tom!

Went in for a light. Broke the housing for it. Michael O. DID everything to figure out how to fix the problem. Great service. would go back.

Shyyann (I hope i spelled that correctly) Is the sole reason I am writing this review!
Her customer service was absolutely outstanding! I went into O’Reilly Auto parts because the headlights on our car went out and we had previously bought them there.
Since it had only been 4 months since we bought the headlights, Shyyann told me all about the 1 year warranty! This saved my butt and saved my pocketbook about $ 50! Her customer service was on point! She also appeared to be training a new employee while helping us at the same time!
She also convinced me to sigh up for their rewards card (which i never do)!
Thank you for earning my respect and my business!

This is what customer service is all about. I was immediately greeted as soon as I stepped into the store. Everyone seems super professional. But what led me to review this store was Carlos’ above and beyond customer service. I had no idea which light needed fixed on my car since my engine light signal came on for me to check on it. Carlos not only went outside to help me figure out which brake light it was but he was so kind to help me figure out if it was a wiring issue or just a burnt bulb. 10 min later I drove off with a working tail light and saved myself time AND money with the dealership! Whoever hired Carlos thank you and he should get a raise. Because of this experience I am now a lifetime customer at this O’Reillys!

A good, clean store, with good service and easy parking. They stock plenty of stuff you need for your car — much better selection than Target or Kmart. I plan to go here whenever I need something for the car.

For now, I have no complaints of this place.
This is my closest auto parts place to my house and it has all my needs. I mostly come here to buy car detailing products and they have most everything I need. The staff is also friendly and very knowledgeable about their products and their automotive repair. They will even go out to go a visual inspection of your engine if you have concerns with it and I know if you buy windshield wippers and you may not know how to replace them yourselves, they will do it for you. And don’t worry if you don’t know which wiper blades you need, you just need to tell them your car’s year, make and model and your good.
I will continue to come here for my auto parts needs.
The only thing I wish O’Reilly Auto Parts does, as a corporation, is offer a rewards system of sorts since I go there often.

Every time I go to O’Reilly I am always greeted by the nice employees there. I saw an employee helping a man put windshield wiper blades on his car which I thought was very nice of him (it was also raining!). They have been very helpful whenever I needed parts for my car or just when I asked for advice. Great staff and they always have parts in stock, unlike other auto parts stores.

I am shocked that this O’Reilly Auto Parts on Florin Road and South Land Park is not on Unilocal!
I came here yesterday because of the five-​day storm that is to hit Sac the next day. I was in dire need of new wiper blades and was curious to get some information on that Rain-​X everyone so raves about. I came in at around 8:15pm and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. I sure did because I had no idea what size blades I needed let alone how to put them on! I know, I could have gone online and watched a tutorial on YouTube but it’s easier if someone just does it for me!
I regret not getting the guy’s name, but he was so helpful and so nice! He picked out the right size blades for me and asked if I needed help putting them on. «Yes please!» was my reply. I also asked him if he had any idea how good that Rain-​X stuff works. He raved about it, saying that he uses it on his shower doors! That’s how good it works! He gave me simple steps on how to apply the Rain-​X and said if I needed any more help to come on in and ask. He rang me up (two blades and a bottle of Rain-​X = $ 28!), went outside to my car and in a few minutes, I had new wiper blades! I can now withstand this nasty storm!
Great customer service, clean store, well stocked and very organized. Good job guys, keep up the good work!
UPDATE: OMG that Rain-​X works wonders! I didn’t even really have to use my new wiper blades and it was pouring when the left the house. I did try my wiper blades and they work great as well!
