TERRIBLE!!! If you don’t want employees with attitude, then do not come here!!! One of the employees gave me the wrong type of anti-​freeze which would have caused a leak or other damage to my car even when I was trying to make sure I got the correct anti-​freeze by bringing my automobile owner’s guide in with me… When I brought it back for an exchange, he was VERY unapologetic with an attitude AGAIN!!! Annoyed another female customer when I was there the first time, also… Most likely she AND I will be taking our business elsewhere… Advice to these employees: LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHAT YOU ARE SELLING!!!

My first time here. I didn’t realize it was next door to Auto Zone! I went here for special oil for my car. RYAN assisted me. He was nice & professional. He triple checked my oil requirement! I purchased one quart. Ryan went out to my car… UGH I parked on the street! If you go there and need work done, park in their lot! Much safer! Anyway, Ryan had no problem putting the oil in, standing on Broadway with all the cars zooooooming past! Oh I had to buy $$$$$ a funnell! Damn it I have like 3 at home! Anyway, after the 1 quart, my car needed more! So I purchased another quart. And Ryan put it in. After the 2^nd quart my oil level was good! So big ups & thanks to RYAN!

Every time I come here they are extremely knowledgable and polite. Today they installed my new head lights for me :) great guys.

Always professional and helpful. No complaints here. Every time I need something installed, they are more than willing to assist.

The staff at this location are very professional and friendly. They also seem to know their stuff! On some things, their prices are a little more than some of their competitors, but knowing I am going to get a good quality part and the correct part for my vehicle the first time I come in is worth the few extra dollars. The only thing I dislike about this location is the parking and sometimes trying to get into their parking lot since I have to cross Broadway (which is often times busy).

Great, knowledge, friendly staff. I don’t know much about cars, and they are always very patient and very willing to help. Glad I found them!

O’Reilly Auto Parts on Broadway has absolutely amazing customer service.
The staff at O’Reilly truly sets the standard. They welcome you. They walk to you. They ask of your current predicament and suggest a solution. They step outside to look at your car and put their hands in your engine, if need be. They don’t sell you the most expensive product – they sell you the product that works best for you. They EXPLAIN. They don’t condescend or make you feel inadequate. They help.
Did you know if you mix coolants, you can screw up your radiator? I didn’t. A staff member made sure I had the right stuff.
Have you ever driven yourself half crazy looking through that giant, unabridged catalog of (your current replacement necessity,) searching and searching until the blood vessels in your eyes started bursting? The O’Reilly staff found my replacement bulb, compared it to my old bulb to make sure it was right and offered to help install it.
What do you use to de-​squeak a squeaky door? I hope it’s not WD-​40. That’s what I was looking for when one staff member offered to assist. He explained why it wouldn’t work in the long run and handed me a spray greaser. It was cheaper than WD-​40 and my doors have been squeak-​free since.
The fact is, I can go anywhere for car parts and find comparable prices but I come back here because they earned my business.
So when I or anyone else tells you that O’Reilly’s customer service simply can’t be beat, believe the hype. It’s the truth.

The prices in a smaller brick and mortar chain are always going to be more than online and they aren’t going to have the same selection, but that’s not usually why you come to these places. You usually know what you need and want to have it in hand that day. Even though it’s more than I want to pay for a lot of things I give it a 5 just because customer service goes a long way in my book. The guys are always cool and if it’s something small they can help you with they’ll come right out into the parking lot to help you get set up. They’re about a hundred times better than an auto parts store back home on Kaua’i.

O’reillys Auto Parts charged me $ 7.69 for a pint of electrolyte, which did not even fill half of a large motorcycle battery! Battery Bills topped it off for free!!! Another example of corporate pigs losing to good old fashioned customer service!

This is my go-​to as far as automotive needs is concerned. They are located in close proximity to where I spend most of my time, have an engaging and knowledgeable staff and are willing to order in the needed parts that might not be in stock.
On my most recent visit I needed to replace a burned out brake light so as not to arouse the suspicion of Sacramento’s finest. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and walked me right over to the item I was looking for. As he rang me up we even had a freestyle accapella session as we compared the old Kragen jingle with the new O’Reilly one (O’reilly bought Kragen a few years ago).
They have street parking and a private lot which has come in handy in the past as I made necessary quick fixes to my ride. I will contiune supporting all of my personal grease monkey needs at this trustworthy establishment.

I always come here when I need anything for my car. The service here is GREAT! I have never had a bad experience. Came here again this last Saturday for some motor oil. Walked in, looked in each direction and was greeted by three very nice gentlemen asking what I needed. I told them the exact type of oil I was seeking, and they offered great advice about switching to a thicker type. I did. The boy helping me even put it in my car, since I couldn’t reach! (actually, I just didn’t want to risk getting dirty). The car runs more smooth! Great job guys! I have never been let down here with service, so until then, this is the spot.

Sometimes it’s been a really long day, and a really long week… and you’re an idiot and you run out of gas in your friend’s car because you normally drive a Toyota and you don’t realize that an SUV won’t run for 50 miles after the gas light comes on.
And you just need a gas can, and maybe a smile.
I am this idiot, and the Kragen folks were really nice to me and helpful. As soon as I walked in, the lady bhind the counter asked me if I needed help, pointed me in the right direction, and then came out from behind the counter with a step ladder because the gas cans were above my head. It’s a KRagen — they have all the normal car stuff, but staff was very helpful and efficient.

I nearly didn’t go to this store because of the other review, but it was open on Sunday afternoon. Parking out front didn’t appear to be a problem — at least on Sunday. The staff asked if I needed help as soon as I walked in the door, and provided useful advice on selecting the products I needed.

The parking lot is weird at the Broadway location. There’s a curb cut for a driveway on Broadway, but then they have it blocked off, so you have to turn onto the side street to get into the parking lot. The people that hang out around there are creepy.
Inside the store, the staff pretended like I didn’t exist. No «can I help you find something?» or «do you want me to ring you up?» I had to find somebody in the back of the store to ring me up because the staff was all taking to each other.
