Origins

The staff are very helpful, especially Yuriko. Yuriko is very knowledgeable about Origins’ products that are particularly good for you — she is pleasant, attentive and sweet. She has an amazing memory for a customer’s name too. I live out of town and go there occasionally, and she actually remembers my name which is amazing. Yuriko also gives great mini facials. I love all the Origins products that Yuriko has encouraged me to use.

I love origins products, unfortunately this is the store I live near. I went here recently (I do alot of shopping mostly online for origins) I had a coupon for a free checks and balances cleanser. The lady who helped me was super snooty. She said they «might be out» when they’re shelves were full of the cleanser. Then she comes back and tells me «we have one left for you! You’re in luck!» Now the coupon was for a free cleanser with the purchase of a skin care item. I realize that I can’t be picky with free, but come on I did purchase something. When I check out the cleanser she gave me had a broken cap. Which really peeved me. I’m going to be doing my origins shopping in roseville from now on, even though it’s a bit further from home.

The products alone are excellent now I am hooked !! Great staff specially ANA MARIA who is very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to her clients. I always feel welcome in the store with a warm smile and friendly atmosphere. It is always worth the drive to Origins Arden fair mall for Origins products.. Great store! I am grateful to the staff.

Looking for a mini-​facial, make-​over, a little pamper — here’s the place. Visited twice for business reasons needing to have my make-​up done. The transformation was amazing. I really don’t wear make-​up and my skin régime is pretty simple. The staff really listened to my plea that less is more. They were friendly and fun. My schedule was really tight both visits and they had me beautified with time to spare. But without making me feel rushed. Thank you Ana Maria and Dana for attention to detail and care.

I love Origins. I use a huge variety of their products. When I come in for a new tube of something they give me samples of new things to try, which I end up loving also.
I HIGHLY recommend the Perfect World Serum. One of those «if I were stranded on a dessert island with only 1 thing from my makeup bag.» type of products. My second would be Vitazing, it’s like an amazing BB cream, but better. Youthtopia– also great. And the smell & texture of «Starting Over» makes it my nighttime go-​to.
This location is a full store, not a Macy’s counter. Try out the free mini facial if you have time. Bring your mom. It’s the best free 20 minutes in town. And you’re sure to love 1 thing that you’ve been looking for.

I came in here cause my skin needed to an additional help. It’s winter time and I can feel that my skin needed a boost. I went in and was helped by a woman there and she suggested that I get the «Make a Difference Plus +: Rejuvenating treatment» I’ve used it for a few hours now and I can say that my skin is now feeling like it is back to it’s usual happy self… moist and replenished!
I have to say the products are wonderful. The customer service today was just great. The woman actually greeted me like I was regular. Usually I go to Macy’s to get my origin products, but now I think I will go straight to this store. I like that she knew exactly what I wanted right away by just telling her what I felt like I needed.
I have used Origins for over 12 years and I can honestly say it never disappointed me. Sure once in a while I get curious and try other products to add to my skin care collection. I end up using more of my origins products the most.

Great friendly staff. Came here for the recycling program on Earth Day where you bring in any cleanser (used or empty) and they give you a free gift pack with a full-​size cleanser, either A Perfect World or Checks and Balances. You can also then schedule a free mini-​facial.

This place is the greatest! I love the free facials and special events they hold. I am a loyal Origins user and the entire staff at the Arden location are so knowledgable and helpful. I have referred many friends and introduced them to the brand at the events they hold with free facials and massages. They usually have some nice snacks and juice and have many specials throughout the year on products. They even give you a gift on your birthday. If you want great skin and occasional free pampering come in and introduce yourself tell them the red head sent you.

This is one of my favorite mall stops. The people who work at this place are always friendly and sincere, and love to give advice and free samples! I stopped in for a new moisturizer the other day and walked out with a mini-​facial and a baggies of goodies. Love nice people!
