I had a chip in my windshield and so I called this place and arranged for them to come and fix it. Marcus was able to accommodate me as early as the next morning. He came to me and arrived on time and finished the job in about 20 minutes. I had never dealt with insurance claims before, but he was very helpful and got everything taken care of for me. The windshield looks great and I can’t even tell where the chip was, and he even cleaned the whole windshield for me. Great work!

They are so great, called this morning and set something up for the afternoon, they came to my work place to fix the chip and they’re working with my insurance company so no hassle for me and best of all no out of pocket expense! Could barely even notice the chip in my windshield now, thank you baby korean jesus

Took several phone calls but finally Marcus and helper Jordan came to fix our windshield. They worked quickly and very efficiently. Did a great job! It was definitely worth the wait and would recommend them unconditionally.

I called yesterday and Marcus told me he could come out to my work place today. I told him I would be there from 9 am till 6 pm, gave him the address, and he told me he would call when he gets here. I waited until after 4 and sent him a text and asked if he would be here by 6. He text back «Im doin a job guy cme frn nevda city nt sure sry 2mrw». I told him he should have told me sooner instead of having me wait around all day thinking he was coming and that I would no longer need his services. Very unprofessional!

I saw one of the workers and he was extremely rude. My first impression of the company was horrible. Someone tried to talk to him and he got all upset and started raising his voice. He was very unprofessional. His own customer looked very uncomfortable while this was going on. The only reason I know the company name was because he was wearing a tshirt that said pace’s. Their van was plain with no company logos. I would not use this company just based on what I saw.

Was pretty disappointed when I got hit by a good sized rock yesterday on my windshield… called Marcus at Pace’s Chip and Rock Windshield Repair and what an amazing job he did fixing it… you can barely tell it was hit and it was pretty badly chipped. I recommend you give Marcus a call… excellent mobile service and great price… Thanks Marcus!

Had a dime-​sized crack from a pebble in my front windshield– called around but it was after business hours. I intended to get it done first thing in the morning. Once I got out to my car, I saw that it had run about 5 – 6 inches. Marcus was the first person to get in touch with me in the morning and answered all of my questions. He said he had a tight schedule but would be willing to drive all the way to Greenhaven to help me out. He even let me text a picture for an honest suggestion. I highly recommend calling Marcus if you’re in need of assistance– he’s an honest straight shooter — hard to come by!

They are friendly. Interactive with clients. And saved me about $ 60 more then I would have paid by making a simple adjustment.

Scion XB vs HWY 99. And the winner is … The blue lunch box. Thanks to Marcus my scion survived a pebble shower that would have otherwise required replacement of the entire windshield.
I wish I took before and after pics. The dime sized chips are nearly invisible now.
The other reviews are correct; he is punctual, he is friendly; and he does high quality work. Thanks Marcus… I will not hesitate to send work your way in the future.

Marcus just saved the day! On my way to work a nasty little pebble put a ding in my windshield. I called around lunchtime and Marcus was able to come out a couple hours later to my office in Rancho Cordova and work his magic.
It was a small chip and he made quick work of it. He walked me through the process as he was doing the repair. I’ll be able to clock out right at 5:00 and head home a happy customer! I highly recommend Pace for fast, friendly and professional work!

Based on Unilocal reviews, decided to call Marcus to repair chip on windshield. He was very helpful over the phone, provided timeframe when he’d show up, and gave reasonable quote. Marcus is professional, friendly, and down to earth. He explained the whole process as I watched him repair my windshield. My neighbor across the street came over and after observing Marcus work on my windshield, he decided to get his windshield repaired as well!!! Highly recommend Pace’s and will definitely pass along this referral to family and friends.

The guy came to my house to fix a crack on my rsx. He said he could come in an hour, ad he actually came on time. It only took about 15 minutes to fix my crack. Great customer service and really quick too. It looks like the crack was never there !

I called Marcus at Pace Chip & Rock Repair on Friday to see what we could do about getting my windshield replaced. Awesome, went to work one morning, windshield looked fine. When I came out 4 hours later, there’s a 7 inch crack across it. Yay. Anyways, so I give him a call, and he worked with my insurance, came out to my house on Monday (the next day I had off), and replaced my windshield. Everything’s perfect. Very quick & professional. Thanks!

I highly recommend Pace’s Chip & Rock Repair. Marcus and his assistant showed up early, were very professional, courteous and fast. I had a nasty rock chip in my visual area on the driver’s side windshield and Marcus repaired it and guarantees the work. I billed it through my insurance, no deductible and the process was quick and painless! If I decided to pay in cash it would have been only $ 40 for the same quality of work. He told me he services fleets for different businesses and government agencies so his service needs to be top notch. You can’t go wrong with these guys.

Great service. Professional. Efficient. Honest. Marcus [the owner] does a great job on winshield repairs. His prices are reasonable too.
Although his website his minimum fee is $ 149, that was not the case for my repair. I had a chip from a rock on my front winshield, smaller than a dime. He quoted me a price of $ 40. It was also reimbursable from the insurance company with no deductible. I did not know that until he told me.
He is also mobile [with his own company van], so it is convenient and easy to set up appointment for repairs.
I would highly recommend his services.
