Pro-Cuts is exactly what I wanted for my hair. I like my hair long and boring and I don’t like to spend the $ 35+ most salons charge for a plain straight cut. On the other hand, I’m skeptical of places like Super Cuts where I once left with one side 3 inches shorter than the other! Pro-Cuts did a perfectly even cut for only $ 12. Don’t expect any frills — no washing or blow drying, just a nice even cut. I am very happy with the result.

This shop is certainly NOT closed. The two ladies do a good job. Simple haircuts for a simple price. Rarely much waiting. And the price of $ 9 is super.

I will return to get my haircut here. Vanna was helpful in letting me know she wasn’t busy by phone and gave me directions. Its fifteen minutes from my house but worth the short drive. Its a walk-in salon and I am a fan.

I’ve been coming here since ’08 and absolutely love the place. No crazy bells and whistles… just good, cheap haircuts. I’ve never waited more than a few minutes. Unfortunately Unilocal lists this place as closed? Either these ladies have broken into the old location and gotten reconstructive plastic surgery to imitate the old hairstylists or it’s a mistake. Moved downtown recently but still make the trip to see Vanna.

All-in-all, the best haircut for the price! The $ 9 price-tag makes it an excellent value; I’ve definitely had worse haircuts that have cost much, much more. Also, if you come at off-peak times, there’s usually no wait, and the haircuts are always very quick. However, don’t go to this salon if you’re expecting fancy accommodations or long(if any!) conversations.

I’ve been going here for about 2 years now, and both of the Vietnamese ladies that cut hair here are awesome. I used to live in the area, but have recently moved to Elk Grove — I still make the trip every two weeks. Regular haircuts are only 9 dollars! It’s tough to beat that price. Pretty much your standard barbershop, nothing super fancy. I usually go during the week and there’s a not a long wait, but it can get packed on the weekends.

I went to this barber shop one night after work, because I was already walking over to the light-rail station across Folsom. The older Asian ladies provide simple hair cuts for men, women, and children. It is $ 8 for a mens hair cut. The only good thing about it was that it was cheap and it was opened late enough that I could go after work.
