This place is a hidden gem in Granite Bay! As soon as you walk in you can’t help but relax. Deana, the owner/esthetician has made this place a little sanctuary with a faux fireplace, plush furnishings and a comfy & warm treatment table. In regards to her skin care, she is truly talented, knowledgable and an amazing person all around! I have seen her for brow waxing, facials, microderm and custom spray tanning and have also consulted with her regarding skin care products. She recommended a Vitamin C eye cream for me(which I love)!! I always leave this place relaxed and with my skin glowing… and I’ve receive many compliments from family/friends. Highly recommended to anyone looking for awesome skin care in a relaxed environment with a top-notch professional!

Deana at Pura Vida is as GOODASITGETS! Her facials are to die for. I have suffered from really bad acne since I was a teenager. After just one treatment my skin looked fabulous! She does a fabulous job on my brows and I always get compliments on how great they look. Not only is her work magnificent so is she. Thanks Deana, you rock!

I have been going to Pura Vida Skin & Body for as long as I can remember. Deana is AWESOME! By far the best esthetician I have ever come across. Deana has waxed my brows, tan my oh so VERY white body, and given the most rejuvenating facials. I guess that is why I keep going back.
