Great tire shop. Technicians have great attention to detail. $ 75 for alignment. They offered to match online prices of tire rack. It’s usually busy but they move fast. Will be back.

I needed to rotate my tires and get some new ones and I decided to give this place a shot. They were super nice which is always comforting.

I came in for a simple tire repair because I had a nail in my tire. Super friendly, efficient, quick and professional. Got my car fixed in 45 min

We have been getting our tires here for many years… the best service and best prices… have gone in for tire patches and to put lug locks on and they have done it without charging us. That is great customer service and why we keep going back and recommending this place to our friends.

I will never buy tires anywhere else. Radial Tire is the absolute best. In an industry where commission rules, so many other tire stores are just trying to make as much money from you as they can. At Radial Tire, they do not work on commission and they do not take advantage of you. Their prices are fair and reasonable, they care about you, and they give you lots of options. They are trustworthy and honest, which is unfortunately something missing with so many other businesses these days. I give Radial Tire my very highest rating and an enthusiastic two thumbs up.

Joe the mechanic was very helpful. He found a squeaking noise that no other mechanic that I had used before could find. Joe spent the extra time to explain to me what options were available and I was very thankful to have a mechanic that cared about fixing the issue I was having with my truck.

My mechanic recommended Radial when I needed to replace my well-​worn tires. It was a great recommendation, as I came in on a Wednesday and was quickly greeted and helped. I had called ahead to make sure they had the space and the right tires around, but seemed like it isn’t really a problem, as no appointment was needed.
The gentleman who helped me out was fantastic, I wish I remembered his name. They offered a range of tire options, from economy to the top brands (I chose top). They even corrected an error in the tire type and I hit the curb with my front end much less often. They also include the alignment and all the other factors of adjusting your new tires in the price.
They provided a very reasonable spare car so I could head to work. When I picked my car up at the end of the day they were just as great with customer service, pulling it out front for me. They made sure I got a rebate Michelin was offering as well. They included a great tire service guarantee and I can drop in for adjustments as needed.

I am a single mother of four, I lost my home, living in my truck, I only work 1 day a week right now, and I needed 4 new tires. 2 of which were so bad that 1 even had a big bubble. They were fast, friendly, and amazing ! At the end, the sweet lady handed me the keys and said someone anonymously had paid for two new ones! God Bless these people!

The Team at RTS is the best in town. Randy always delivers the best service in every aspect imaginable to make my busy lifestyle a breeze in terms of getting my tires and suspension work done. Also want to give thanks to Rafael the technician that helped fine tune the installation of lowering links on my SL550. His attention to detail and perfection really far exceeded my expectations. Trying to achieve the perfect stance with my new wheels and tires takes careful calibration and adjustments and his service was above and beyond. There is good reason why they are always busy yet getting in and getting things done right is never a problem! Thanks everyone.

Honest and efficient. Really, what else can you ask for?! Radial was recommended to me and I’m glad I listened. I had a tire that was losing air. Called Radial, was told there would likely be a bit of a wait but to stop by any time. I arrived, was helped immediately, and told it would be approximately 45 minutes. (Honestly, I expected longer because they were very busy.) Exactly 45 minutes later my car was ready and the tire was fixed for a very low price. They checked the rest of the tires too, which were all fine.
I will definitely recommend and be back.

Outstanding. Had tire replaced by these guys and prices were the same as
, but I didn’t have to pay shipping and they come with free rotations. They also did a brake service for ¹⁄₃ less than what the dealership charges. Oh and while they did all that, they gave me a free loaner vehicle. Definately will be going back to this business.

Today getting oil change, tail light and license plate light replacement and 30k mile check. When I walked in, others were speaking with customers and I was just waiting for my turn. A woman working behind the counter kindly came over and asked me how they could help me, asked the right guy to come talk to me, and my truck was getting worked on, all within 5 minutes. This place has that thing that I love.. rockin’, friendly customer service! Great job! BTW, this is my second visit and it was the same last time.

I’ve bought 2 sets of tires for my moving truck here and both times had a great experience. I shopped around both times and the rates were average priced. They actually quoted me the wrong price and still honored the price they gave me. This last time I was here, they even gave me a rental car to drive around since there was a 2 hour wait. I thought that was pretty cool, and unexpected. This is an excellent place to do business with.

Really really great customer service! Really feel taken care of here. Competitive prices and they are open on Saturday too. I would highly recommend then for tires and breaks! I’ve had both done in the past and have always been happy with the work.

Came here after a recommendation and I would definitely recommend to EVERYONE!
My boyfriend and I came to buy new tires and they were honest and very helpful in the choice of tires for the car. That was about a month ago and just recently we got a flat.
Seems as if we ran over a box cutter blade since thats what they pulled out of the tire.
Just this morning I got ANOTHER flat! Two in less than 24hrs! I felt well taken care of the first two times so I knew exactly where to take the car again. Great customer service and amazing work ethic overall.

Had some freshly powder coated wheels and I was super paranoid about a shop scratching them.
I asked them to be careful and they certainly did. Joe was extremely understanding and helpful and the job came out flawless. They weren’t the cheapest shop and they weren’t the most expensive, their service and quality is on point.

Great, speedy, fast. all the reviews are ranting about how awesome they are and I’m just glad I got here in time for them to pull and patch up my tires.

I took my 02 accord in to get new tires today and I would say I am pleased with the service and quality. I called many tire places and I did get some good quotes. I called Americas Tires, Tire Kings, Les Schwab, and Costco.
I almost Went with Americas tires because they are closer to my home and the prices was pretty good for Kumo tires. However, they do not do alignments and wanted to get everything done in one spot.
Every other place I mentioned was either too expensive or I didn’t trust.
Radial tires was very friendly over the phone with a quote and I even got an email as well regarding prices! I emailed them before I called and the randy was on vacation and still answered my email!
Also, my Honda Accord is lowered with a body kit and some tire shops don’t have the drive on lifts or even make the extra effort to work with lowered cars! Radial tires have the lifts and the employees there were very careful that my car didn’t scrape.
I purchased the Toyo tires and did the alignment and was out the door within 2 hours which is normal since they are busy. Karl was very friendly and very helpful over the phone!
They also do free tire rotations too! I would recommend this place to people if you are willing to drive slightly longer if you don’t live in the area!
Lastly, feel free to call in and ask questions… they are honest and won’t BS you!
