Here at Roxy, our focus is on using as many locally raised and naturally healthy food products as possible. We are also proud to offer our own Lucky Dog Ranch all natural beef, from our ranch in Dixon, California.

Meet the Manager

Manager

Ron and I were both lucky enough to be raised in the country, although in completely different parts of the world. Ron was born and raised on a small farm in Ireland. Having been to Ireland many times now, I know this to be true: you will never taste fresher dairy products and see as much beautiful pasture land as you do there. The creams, the cheeses, the eggs, all are uniquely delectable. I grew up on a small horse ranch below the gorgeous Rocky Mountains in Colorado, where mom would send us out to pick wild asparagus, rhubarb and strawberries, which she served alongside the meats and chickens we produced from the ranch. My dad, a veterinarian and cowboy, instilled in all six of us kids such values as living life to the fullest, respecting nature and enjoying every moment of the company one chooses to surround oneself with. It is from this upbringing and in honor of our families that Ron and I look to recreate a fond part of our past. Here at Roxy, our focus is on using as many local
