Business Owner

Graduated from UC Santa Cruz in 2006. Obtained my MBA of Finance in 2011. Worked for the State of California for several years. Then I found yoga in Midtown Sacramento and was highly impressed by its healing powers. Began teaching yoga and putting my hands on bodies to adjust students in the poses. With much encouragement I tried out massage, and fell in love. I am so passionate about massage and bodywork! I hope that I can help people to heal and grow.

There is nothing like being in physical pain that creates such an imbalance, both physically and emotionally. What I love about Ryan’s massages and body work sessions is his natural ease and skill that speaks to the whole body, not just the point of discomfort. Ryan was able to feel and listen to my body, and work to integrally heal it as a whole. I forget how much I strain and push my body daily, from my 8 – 5 desk job and repetitive habits I get use to the chronic aches and pains. But with Ryan’s sessions he is able to release the tension so my body can relax and I can finally feel balanced again, Thanks Ryan!

I went to Ryan primarily for relief from reoccuring neck and shoulder tension. He was able to provide relief for me in both of these areas. He is very attentive to responding to comments and trying to figure out the cause for aches and pains. I mentioned a knee issue and he suggested that it could be IT band related. After the first session i felt relief immediate relief, after a second i am now at a point of self managment that he suggested by using a roller. I am back on my bicycle and riding strong after over a year of laying off of it. I would not hesitate to recommended him to anyone.

I got a massage from Ryan last week and I am STILL feeling blissful and pain free! I have always had extremely tight shoulders that often ache and affect my ability to sit at work, my posture and my workouts. Knowing this, Ryan focused on my shoulders and upper back and I can’t remember the last time I felt this good. Ryan is very professional and listens to your concerns, working with care and attention. I am looking forward to my next appointment!

I have gotten several massages from Ryan to help with chronic pain in my hip and some temporary pain in my shoulder. I am so impressed with his work — he really listens, finds exactly the right areas to massage, and I always leave feeling a million times better. Highly recommended.
