Horrible customer service! Charged me $ 50 as a deposit, never gave me the service I signed up for, didn’t refund my deposit. I’ve spoke with them SEVENTIMES and have still not received my refund. I called to request a mixology class for a bachelorette party and was told I would receive a confirmation email and that a bartender would contact me. A week went by, my credit card was charged(not just a HOLD, but an actual CHARGE) and I heard nothing. I called and they said the bartender would contact me. Another week went by and nothing. I called AGAIN to check in, nothing. Finally, I called to cancel my request and get my deposit back. I was told I had to talk to the bartender to get my deposit! What?! I’d never even heard from her. Miraculously, she called me the following morning and seemed clueless as to why she didn’t know about my request. A week goes by, no refund. I call and ask why I haven’t received the refund and am assured I’ll see it soon. Another week goes by, no refund. I called yet again and am told I will receive my refund. Another week goes by… you can see how this is going. At this point the bachelorette party is over, I’ve been calling them almost every week for nearly two months. I still have not received my refund. And the kicker: everyone I spoke with seemed only mildly perturbed at my experience. I received one half-hearted«we’re sorry.» Really? Get it together! Update: Still never received my money. It’s now mid-2013 and I’ve written this place off. They basically stole money from me, so steer clear.

The school is offering a livingsocial deal and I’ve always wanted to learn how to make a broader variety of drinks… the place looks kind of old school so I will follow up once I take their intro 4-hour class.
