Sacramento Shade RV Park

Love, Love this place. Lived there for six months. The people who live in the park are just wonderful people, everybody looks out for one another. The manager is fantastic he has put so much time and effort into the Spaces there are like little home lots. The manager has kept all crime out of that park. A great place to stay overnight and a great place to live long term!

This is a very pleasant RV park and super conveniently located to services, shopping, Arden, and even downtown. Linda in the office is really nice, helpful, and accommodating when you need assistance. Everyone we have met has been friendly and the park is very clean and nicely landscaped. The clubhouse is also a great place to relax and read or watch a show, especially while your laundry is going. We came here for an easy place to come and go from while visiting family for the holidays. Overall, happy to recommend this park for a stay of any length.

Mostly permanent residences there but quiet and friendly. Wasn’t sure if our RV would fit but it did. Kinda tight. Clean and lots of shade. We even had a peach tree next to us. When leaving we clipped the electrical box not knowingly. Linda called us and asked if had damage to our RV. I said we were on the road and I would call her. We did have damage and I called her and said I’m so sorry and let me know how much and put it on my credit card. I was waiting for this huge number. She said she would split it with me as they needed to upgrade anyways. I was surprised. It was a very small amount. She even emailed me a copy of the part receipt, and she didn’t even charge labor. Good honest people. Worth staying there just for that. I would stay there again.

Call ahead and MAKE SURE your rv will fit in the spot! I recommend a slider hitch. I have a 30 ft 5^th wheel, f 350 short bed, no slider, and the spot I got was perfect but others I see are tight to get into. Nice wash room/​shower area, we parked right next to it. Nice people no kids running around, no barking dogs very nice. Been here a month and would come back to this place in a heart beat!
Wi-​fi, cable tv, basic, and plenty of shade for you rv. Call ahead with your needs-​they even helped me back my 5^th wheel in! sweet!!!
