Amazing customer service! They were friendly, professional, and do QUALITY work. I have dealt with other companies in the past that act like they are so busy they can barely remember your name and the turn around is long. Schatz & Krum had my car fixed in 1 day and were not over-​priced. Ray was exceptional and I appreciated his honesty and he explained everything I needed to know and what my options were. They treat you like family and make a stressful situation as stress free as possible.
I would recommend them to EVERYONE! These are the go-​to guys.

All staff are very helpful and understanding especially the shop manager Rob Silveira who made by collision repair process very pain free, treating me as a human being, not as another «claim». Rob took time to explain the process involved with my cars repair and showed me the level of service I will be experiencing and receiving compared to the average collision centers in the Sacramento area. He is very knowledgeable and gets things done right and timely. No lie! I appreciate their existence, and there is no other shop I’ve done business with that was as fair as Schatz & Krum. Having been the owner of two BMW’s, I learned early to bring it to S&K for all mechanical issues and repairs. Owner, Stuart, as well as each and every one of their team are extremely knowledgeable and treat you like you are their No. 1 customer! Their work is always top notch and prices are extremely equitable! Fair Prices for excellent work! Recently, I mentioned while having an A/​C blower repair completed that I needed some body work done. Before I was able to leave the shop, Stuart called over to have someone run over from their Body Shop take a look. Body shop?! I was unaware of it’s existence and so pleased to find it existed! Car repair was completed last week and looks better than it has since new! Rob and the Staff were meticulous with the repair, as well the time spent in discussing the details of the repair in layman’s terms. Due to the low profile of the car, I’ve got a bad habit of taking corners too narrow, hence gouging and scraping the wheels over time.
After being told by a major tire dealer that the wheels could not be repaired at a suitable cost, I asked Rob for a recommendation. He immediately recommended Rim Pros. Called Nick (owner) and the wheels are now repaired and like new! (And at about ¹⁄₃ the cost of new wheels!) They even came to my home to do the work! Can’t say enough for Schatz & Krum, both facilities and the service shops they recommend!!!

Just received my BMW back from Shatz and Krum yesterday. Three weeks was a little longer than I anticipated for the work to be completed, but it was worth the wait. My car looks almost as good as it did before the accident and I am so grateful. Rob and his entire staff were super helpful and professional. Right off the bat before even deciding to take my vehicle there Rob took me on a tour of the shop and showed me the special equipment that they use which makes them stand apart from many other local body shops. He also went out of the way to explain the repair process and even help me out with a frustrating insurance situation. Needless to say I felt that my new car was in great and competent hands after my first encounter. My car came back in beautiful condition and they were even as kind as to deliver the car to my home because of my difficult work schedule. There are few very very tiny things with the paint I noticed could have been done differently, but I’m also hypercritical because my car was so new to me when this accident occurred. Other than that I really could not have asked for more from this shop.

Schatz and Krum Collision is the best! Unfortunately, I have had my car in here twice. Once, a parking curb — ever so rudely — partially pulled off my bumper! Then, last time, the passenger door had a go around with the gardener’s weed wacker. I was not happy. Needless to say, Rob and the guys at Shcatz and Krum did a great job putting things back together. Very good results with great communication. Thanks Schatz and Krum! Hopefully I won’t be back to the collision department for a while!

I took my truck in and I was really impressed when I got it back. Every single little thing was back in place as it came from the factory. Here the integrity of the vehicle came first and at the same time their work ethic is excellent. Good communication with regular updates and knowledgeable staff.

Excellent auto body shop to get your car repaired. They did a great job making my BMW look like new again and offered great prices compared to other shops. The shop is clean and has all the latest/​right tools to get the job done right without short cuts. I am very happy with the level of workmanship and knowledge they have. Rob, the manager, is very personable and really knows his stuff. Feels good to know an auto body shop you can depend on.

Rob & Company are as professional AND Fun as it get’s… I didn’t have to even think about how to deal with the insurance co. or worry at all for that matter. They arranged the rental car, informed me step by step with what was going on, couldn’t have been more informative… I cannot say enough!

Recently I had body work done for the second time on my Lexus at Schatz & Krum Collision. Once again, I couldn’t be more pleased! They do excellent work and Rob (the service manager) is so nice and accommodating that you feel like you’re are the only one they are taking care of. I recommend this place to all my friends and hopefully don’t need them personally again, but if I do need any work done to my car, I will definitely go there.

Dollar for dollar the best in the business! Rob and his crew are very knowledgeable, family oriented, and are looking out in the consumers best interest. The insurance company screwed me over but Rob was willing to work with my budget and had my car fixed the very next day. Saved me alot of money on the repair and also on the car rental!!! Highly recommended! This will be my shop for life!!!

Rob and his staffs are very helpful! Help me to go thru my questions and make sure my car is in good condition. I was going to go thru dealer which they were going to charge me $ 150, but Rob and his staffs help me and saved me $ 150!

I brought my BMW Z4 into Schatz & Krum for repair of a fender bender. I was impressed with the knowledge of the staff and the enthusiasm of the shop manager Rob. He went above and beyond in the repairs to my little Z. He even went as far as to buff out a few spots on the front grill and headlights. My Z4 now is more beautiful than ever!!!
