took my car for overheating the owner checked my car and told me that the radiator is bad he replaced the radiator and changed the oil give me loaner car cleaned the motor on my 2004 dodge ram only charged me $ 350 .he was so nice I am going to tell all my family to go see him.

I came here for an oil change. The people working weren’t overly friendly to begin with. When I came back to pick my car up he didn’t show me that he changed the oil or topped off any of my fluids which I’m use too, just handed me my keys. I asked him for a napkin so I could check the oil myself, which he seemed off put by. It seemed ok so I left. 2 weeks later my oil light came back on. I checked my oil again and it was 2 quarts low and extremely dirty. There is nothing mechanically wrong with my car, I believe he didn’t drain my oil at all just topped it off with alittle clean oil, charged me for a change and sent me on my way. I will not be coming back.

Place is a rip off. Quoted $ 400 for labor. Did additional unneeded repairs without prior authorization. Lied about taking to me about the additional $ 1000 worth of repairs needed.
when I arrived he threatened to call the cops on bogus trespassing charges.
I called his bluff. He «lowered» the charges to $ 800.
Paid with a credit card since I has every intention of having visa reverse the charges.
stay away. This guy is a crook and is used to ripping people off.

This place was awful and he ripped me off for $ 800 and he didn’t even fix my car. Stay away at all costs.

I took my old truck to have a fan shroud and electric fan installed. $ 400+ later its in but the ignition on the truck won’t kill the engine! I had to snip a live wire to get it turned off. I asked them to look at it but they denied any responsibility and were goind to charge me another $ 150 to diagnose the problem that did not exist before they worked on it!
Long story short I took it to someone who knew what they were doing, paid about $ 1k to have the damage Sherals caused fixed and vot a refund through Visa. These guys are incompetent at best, outright crooks at worst. Steer clear! KB auto is about 2 miles away and a million times better.

Ill be honest in that I have had only one experience at this place and the only word I can find to describe it is shady. I had an AC problem that consisted mainly of it not working occasionally and working at other times.
I took it in hoping that it would be a small fix like a possible bad electrical connection or leaking refrigerant. I dropped it off and got a call the next day and was told that the compressor was bad and that it needed to be replaced. As soon as I heard that I would need to spend $ 1100 on parts and labor (which included a refrigerant recharge), I knew that I was not going to spend that much money on a unit that still partially worked.
Luckily for me I took the car into a friend of a friend who owned a junkyard and had been a mechanic for over thirty years. He checked the compressor and said since it still blows cool air sometimes then it is NOT BROKEN. Later he noticed that it was a simple bad connection of the wiring which would explain why sometimes the AC would not work when driving.
I just do not understand why Sheral’s Automotive would not notice this problem as well instead of immediately concluding on an expensive solution that would have taken way too much out of my pocket. It makes me hesitant to take my car here if they are going to quote me on a ridiculously high repair when they could have told me it was an electrical wire issue instead. thanks for making me pay you 50 $ to not look at what the real issue was.
The AC now works without interruption going on strong for one month now. Thanks to my new friend at the junkyard, not Sheral’s Automotive.

DO NOT GO THERE FOR KEY CUTTING!!! They charged me $ 12.00 for two keys for my Toyota Tacoma truck (that should have been a clue what CROOKS they are)!!. I drove to LA, turned the ignition off in Fresno — truck won’t start because of the crappy overpriced key Sheral’s made. I had to have it towed to a Toyota dealership to make another key from the VIN number. I called Sheral’s, even though I had an invoice from dealership stating their F. kn keys were not good, they won’t even refund me for the keys!!! I will never do business with them again, even though I live in the neighborhood!!!

Chandra Singh, the owner, has worked on multiple vehicles of mine, for years. I’ve always been happy with his service and services offered. He offers free drop off to your home if you cannot wait for your car, to patrons of rosemont area.
Recently, when I lost my job, he offered a complimentary service to me, until I became employed again, knowing I needed my vehicle in dependable condition to seek employment. Who does that in this day and age??! No one, EXCEPT Chandra, that’s who!!!
You are «da bomb», my friend! You will always have my business. I have referred three others to his business, and they are all happy with his service.

We have been going to Sheral’s for several years. He has worked on our car, truck and RV. He has always explained what he will do, shown us the parts he replaced, etc. I have checked the costs of major jobs with two shops near my work and the price is always competitive. Would recommend this shop to all my friends and family and I have done just that.

I couldn’t find ACE Hardware, but luckily this place worked out just fine.

Worst place ever. Completely dishonest. When things don’t work he finds an excuse and charges more for something that is unrelated. Had to go to a different mechanic to find out the extent of the deception.
