Elk Grove, CA
This park is okay for a small park often times there are adults just hanging out around the park. Older adults walk around with a stick for protection so that should tell you a little bit. There is a huge grass area to run around, have a picnic, fly kites whatever your heart desires to do in a large grassy area =) There isn’t a lot of shade or a BBQ area so it’s not really great for a birthday party.
