I come to this subway quite often as this is within walking distance from my work. The line during lunch moves quite fast where i feel like i am not waiting as long as I used to prior to the new ownership. The staff is very friendly and makes great sandwiches!

I come to this subway location 2 – 3 times a week because it is so close to my work. Before the new management change, I was always greeted warmly by the workers and because I came so frequently they knew my order without me having to tell them.
Now with the change in management, the food tastes the same but the workers are not as warm and welcoming as before. Because the previous management had such a higher precedent, I felt the need to give the restaurant a lower rating.

My favorite subway. Go there three or four times a month. Food good, but the customer service level is top notch with friendly helpful folks serving you. If choosing between other subways in the area, such as 37th and J, there’s no contest. Service faster and general experience better. Oh, and always seems to be plenty of parking. Recommend the steak and cheese sandwich they got going right now. Oven roasted chicken is my other favorite.

Yes it is just Subway, but this is basically what any chain spot should be.
The employees are awesome, the sandwiches are always well made, it feels like the type of Subway that you would see on the training videos of what should be done.

I love going here, the staff is very nice and sincere. The sandwiches are even better! One of the gentlemen that works there got me hooked on the pastrami sandwich, and since then I’ve been a returning customer!

For sure the best Subway in town! Upbeat friendly workers great service and always the freshest food. The store is clean! Sac state students get free drinks! Cookies 3 for only a $ 1

we were in the neighborhood away from where i lived off of fair oaks boulevard… i have eaten at many subways before including the one located in wal mart on watt avenue… i alaways order the italian bmt on italian bread with bell peppers and onion and a little bit of salt and pepper vinegar and oil…
i love eating my specialty sub… never changed my sub since the first time i ate here… lol…i guess i would have to really eat at subway alot to change what i prefer to eat…
woohoo…subway today… i eaten subway like a few months ago… this was aas good as it gets for me today… plus it is not that expensive…

I guess it was okay like any olé Subway location. I guess I can say that they forgot to give the napkins and the environment didnt feel comfortable at all. The restaurant place felt a little odd as it was the middle of early evening around 5pm and there were already chairs put away on tables which made it feel uncomfortable. I did enjoy my Turkey Sandwich. Other than… it was okay. Nothing spectacular.

Recently opened so very clean. I went on a Thursday afternoon and the two people working were very friendly and we shared some banter about the merits of putting parmesan on my sweet onion chicken teriyaki (don’t worry, I didn’t).
