Clean cheap and quick! quick tip get your loads in by 8:30. If you have a question ask there is always staff onsite and the owner is there often. They have a ton of machines i was able to knock out 10 loads in a little over an hour. Folding was the bad part as i hate folding. Cool thing about this place is they also have drop off if you really hate folding. they actually do your laundry for you. They don’t just throw your clothes in a machine either. I was doing my laundry and noticed the owner doing a drop off load. He literally inspected pants and shirts for any stains and sprayed stain remover. I was impressed i do my laundry at home but when i get behind this is where i go to knock it out.

Man working was so rude to me. Rushed me to get my load in before the 8:30 cut off. Wouldn’t let me put all my laundry in. Blamed me for quarters getting jammed. worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Place is clean but thats where it stops.

The cleaning is cheap and fast and efficient, but a shining example of customer service or a great place to chill this is not. So why write an update for Sudz Yer Dudz? because on countless occasions, they have saved my ass when my beat up clunker of a home washing machine just won’t cut it.
Now that I have a little one, my bed spread has been pushed to the limits. It’s too large for our machine, so when the question mark odors and mystery stains start forming, I bring it down to Sudz Yer Dudz. For a paltry price and a couple hours they have it clean as a whistle. And that’s not the only reason I come here. I just washed a couple sleeping bags and some delicate clothes that would have been ripped to shreds or shrunk dramatically in my home washer.
As I mentioned, you also get what you pay for. The clientele, who sometimes wander over from the neighboring gas station are always interesting, and the gruff lady behind the counter can be off-​putting, although she is very helpful, especially when the place isn’t busy. But for the price and the free dry, then have me hooked as a return customer time and again.

I’ve been going here for more than 17 years and was satisfied. But the place has gone down since. First, there is this funky odor in the machines in the middle; I dont know what it is but of course I avoid those funky odor machines to wash clothes in.
Next, what I liked about this place is that they have those large comforter machines; two of them but only have one comforter sized dryer. I washed my two vey large comforters and I normally come here very early in the morning so I have the large machines available for my use but when it came to dry my comforters, the guy with white hair and beard used the large comforter dryer for stuff that can be placed in the smaller dryers (wtf!). My comforters wont dry well in the smaller dryer (believe me I’ve tried even when I’ve waited for more than an hour). The guy who works there should be mindful of the customers and the fact that I washed comforters and he was using it for smaller stuff. When I confronted him about this, he said «well, Im using it and it will probably take another 30 minutes.» Wtf! Such bad customer service! I’m not coming back here again!

They are always so nice here! The facility is clean and has great prices. I’ve never had a problem with crowds or getting a machine.

Staff is helpful and nice. The industrial washers let you do 3 loads at once in 30 minutes. And the dryers are free!!!

Came in to drop off chair cover linens, and did not receive any helpful service from the attendant, Tammy. She made every attempt to avoid the work being performed and even after my wife and I compromised with the completion timeframe and even told her not to fold, she was still less than friendly. She then began to weigh our bags of linen and made a statement that could be conceived as discriminatory. My wife and I decided to take our business elsewhere. When I returned to obtain the manager’s information, she was hesitant to provide it.
If you are going to work in the service industry, swallow your pride and provide the service you are hired for. There are plenty of unemployed people who would be more than willing to take your mindless job and would provide a much better experience for the customer. Based on previous reviews, the business seems to be a great place except for the presence of the less than customer friendly attendant. We’ll be taking our «$ 100» job to Midtown Laundry, where they’re friendly and efficient.

It has been quite some time since I have had to use a Laundromat but after finding out my washer was broken I was desperate. I found this place on Unilocal and decided to give it a try.
This place was far from what I remembered Laundromats being like from my college heydays! It was very clean and the washers are fairly new as well as a large assortment (high efficiency, top loaders, front loaders, etc.). A bit pricey at about $ 4 a load but the dryers are free with a wash so it kinda balances out the price. There is also an attendant on duty if you happen to need some help.
Some added bonuses are the free Wi-​Fi, lounge area, and cable TV while you wait! I doubt I’ll need to use a Laundromat anytime soon as I’m replacing my washer at home but if I do, I’ll be coming to this one.

Always clean. Always friendly. Equipment always works flawlessly. Never too packed. In a nice area.

Uses the triple load washers indicates that this is a larger load, which would indicate to require a larger dryer to accomplish a proper cycle, I started loading my garments into the largest machine, which was in use or being used from the time I entered the establishment… I was denied and very unprofessionally instructed to use two smaller… it would take double or triple time to dry with two machine in comparison to using one larger machine to complete proper drying.
mathematical estimating time and use, this to me was a huge error and improper methods of dealing with the situation.

I’ve been coming for a couple of weeks as my new washing machine is on back order. This place makes it relatively pleasant to do laundry. It’s very clean, there is always an attendant on duty, & is next door to really good coffee.

First and last time here. Lets just say that the larger set woman named Tammy is very unprofessional from the second I walked in. I asked if they had tennis balls for my comforter. which is a mix blend, but I just said down feathered. She looked at me and felt the comforter. then rude/​loudly said «Thats not down!».“Its polyester.” Ok. whatever lady. do you have tennis balls was my question. She told me I won’t need them and that the $ 7 washing machine is what I needed to use. Which wasn’t my question. As I walked over to put my comforter in the washer. she yelled back «by the way we do have tennis balls for the dryer.» Whatever. Fine.
After it was done washing I was headed towards the biggest dryer to set my comforter in. Tammy is watching me like a hawk as if I have no idea what I am doing. Look lady. lived in Midtown for a few years. never had a washer/​dryer. I know what to do next. But she decides to help, which I thought was nice at first until she then told me loudly again «Thats not down feather!» …“Ok…” I replied. she shut the dryer door and told me it would be 20 minutes. no longer. Well it took a few minutes longer and when I had to restart the dryer, she questioned me on it. I don’t understand why Tammy doesn’t mind her own business. Sorry if your job isn’t very exciting but butt out.
Strangest interaction I have ever had at a Laundromat. It looks to me that Tammy likes to pick on people. Super unprofessional. Just stay away from the loud woman working the place is the only advice I can give. She needs an attitude check.

I have never come here to wash my own things as I have a washer and dryer in my apartment-​but I do come here to get all of my blankets washed, not only because they are too big/​delicate for my washer-​but now that i’ve smelled the amazing softener they use-​i just make a regular habit of getting my blankets cleaned regularly.
The lady who works the full service part is a doll, and always gives me extra softener.

The man who works here in the mornings is so sweet and helpful. I had never used a laundromat before and he was patient with me and helped me figure it out. I easily cashed in the Unilocal deal and, despite having 60lbs of laundry, I was out of there in under an hour and a half. The place is clean and parking isn’t bad in the mornings.
Although. the lady who works late mornings gives the meanest dirty looks!

Our regular laundromat was busy, so we decided to give Sudz a try. We were really impressed with the tall and large folding tables. The waiting area is very comfortable with tables and chairs to eat or read the paper at. There is even a great laptop station where you can power up your devices. You also get free dry with wash and you don’t have to push start every ten minutes to keep going. Being able to leave and eat it a huge bonus.
The downside: the washers were above average on price, and they really didn’t hold much. The dryers, while free, took a long time to dry the clothes. It took about 45 – 50 minutes and they still weren’t quite dry.
The worst part was that anything black literally had to be lint rolled at the end because they had so much white fuzz on them.
I think this place has great potential, but it needs a little updating and maybe some deep maintenance to the dryers.

Clean, Friendly service, Free Dry and Free Washing after your tenth wash.
Sometimes the AC doesn’t work, so be prepared to suffer in summer days.
Other than that, it is a cool location — next door to a coffee shop and right next to a gas with a mini market.

Sudz Yer Dudz is a self– and full-​serve laundromat with new machines, clean waiting area w/​TV, and onsite free parking. Drying is free with paid wash.
Not since college days had I ventured into one of these places. Tammy was at the service window when I stopped in with a full load of whites — king mattress pad, pillows and a half– dozen oversize bath towels. At home, this meant three loads, hot water — about 4+ hours plus wear & tear (on me, not the machines).
«Put em in there,» she said, gesturing toward one of two shiny 9-​cubic-​ft mega-​washers. Yup, the entire 3 loads fit in this behemoth, with room to spare. She even offered to throw the cleaned load in the dryer as I had, after all, important stuff to do that day.
Bottom line: Convenient, clean, TV in waiting area, helpful service. Go!

Ok, what else can I do that’s more productive right now? Keep watching Kelly and Michael? Um no…
Writing a review for Sudz Yer Dudz seems like a reasonable thing to do. For one, the facility is always clean, and two, the machines are top notch.
I’ve only had to come in here in times of desperation… my machine is not working or there’s been an overlap of our new W&D being delivered. In each situation, I always seem to panic about going to a laundromat. The wasted time is daunting and the lack of machines is inevitable, right?!
Not the case here. Each time I’ve come to SYD, I’ve always been pleasantly surprised at the experience I’ve had.
Come here with a good book, or use the wifi. And remember, the dryers are FREE when you wash your clothes here. That’s a deal that shouldn’t be passed up!
Plus, there’s other great services like larger machines for your comforters, drop off laundry options and a person always on-​site to ensure a clean environment.
If I have to go to laundromat, I’m always coming here!
