Update. I went back to accompany my husband for some back pain. His normal doctor wasn’t available so we went to see another Dr. Dr. Spinelli. She was so amazing compared to the other experiences we have had with doctors and instead of just prescribing medicine, took the time to explain things to him. She so came up with a game plan and a time line of sorts as far as recovery. We liked her so much that we called back and begged to become one of her patients even though she wasn’t accepting any new patients at the time. We were so impressed. Her level of care is great and she is friendly and real. Not the typical Cold robotic attitude of other doctors. I took one star off just because of the previous hassles we went through with other doctors and staff.

My husband and I both see a doctor in this practice. I feel that it seems that they care about patients. The staff always seems to be online along with all of my information. I have used the nurse on call regarding my husband, and that’s a great benefit.
I think the doctor is okay, and dh has had mixed interaction with our main doctor. I like that there are other doctors to talk to with in the Sutter system.

The laboratory is pretty quick most of the time. They get congested in the early morning and at lunch. The staff are thoughtful & friendly.

I normally see my nurse practitioner, but I have also seen various other doctors depending on scheduling. I have had many different experiences here, but I will keep my review general. Overall, the staff is very friendly and informative. They always explain their processes, tests and diagnoses so that the patient can understand. The check in process is always quick and they have plenty of parking. There have been times when I have been referred for unnecessary and costly testing has been ordered. I was not too happy about that and therefore I am cautious when it comes to seeing a doctor. That is the reason for the two less stars.

Dr. Spinelli is the best!
