I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to report this sooner. I had the owner’s (John) personal cell # but he disconnected it after I repeatedly called him over and over. This was due to me purchasing a 2006 Ford Fusion from them with cash. Before I found this car he sold me I was very specific in telling him my wants and needs in a car I’m buying. I told him I want a car with clean title, no salvages or accidents, prefer lower miles and clean inside and out. Also I demanded a CarFax report on anything I may want to buy. He said no problem. He showed me a couple of used cars but they were expensive for the age of the cars. I then decided to walk off when he magically came up with two more vehicles that fit the bill. I picked the ford bc of gas mileage. The CarFax report he showed was perfect with 1 owner. We filled out paperwork and I took it home. He said in 90 days I should have the plates and title. 80 days later I had called to tell him no plates or title yet. He said he’ll look into it & call me back. Needless to say he didn’t call. After making several calls to them and John I started to threaten calling the CHP and DMV to turn him in. Day 90, He showed up at my house and told me to follow him to south Sac DMV to smog and register the car with him. I said no I’m not going to go down there and he can just return my money and he can have the car back. He then asked me if he could take my car down himself and take care of it. I reluctantly agreed. He returned my car to my house and handed me the key, plates, title and registration. He hurried off to his car as I was checking over the paperwork. I then saw on the title it was a salvage vehicle! I started yelling and running towards him asking him to stop, as he started his car and pulled away he acted like he didn’t see me. But I know he did bc I was in front of his drive side window and he glanced up at me then quickly looked away. I tried for days to get in touch with him but it was pointless. When I showed up on the car lot I was told to leave or they would call the police and file a restraining order. I felt defeated bc I could not find an Atty to take my case. I still drive the car bc I don’t have the money to buy a deferent one. Although I have not had any issues with the car until I went to go change insurance companies and every company wants me to get it looked at before they will insure it at a cost of $ 79 to $ 159 each mechanic report.

I can’t believe these guys! Be VERY careful! They said they would sell my car for me. They found a buyer, I signed over the title.. .and then they disappeared!!! I now have no car, and no money. I can’t find them anywhere. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE be careful of them! I lost out on $ 10K! It was a 2007 RAV 4. I don’t know who «bought» it, but I hope you love my car.…I am screwed because of it.
