The Find / Studio 817

Wow! What an incredible experience! My husband and I recently got married at Studio 817 and from the very beginning to the very end the staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. You could just tell by the way they talked with you and planned with you, that they were willing to go that extra mile to make sure you had an unforgettable time. And, boy, did we ever! Thanks to Milla, our day-​of coordinator, we didn’t have to worry about any cumbersome logistics during the event. She calmly led us step by step through the night so that we could enjoy our time with friends, family, and especially each other!!! I highly recommend this venue to anybody looking for a rustic, urban setting with a warm, friendly staff to help you coordinate.

We had our wedding reception at Studio 817 on 1÷9÷16 and it was amazing. Lisa is great to work with and exceeded our expectations with everything.

My wife and I were married at The Find on October 24^th, 2015. We couldn’t have been happier and more pleased with how our special day went. The ladies who run the place do an amazing job. They made sure we were taken care of in every way possible. The communication was on point for the entire year leading up to the day.
The venue is incredibly elegant and gorgeous. While it may be discreet from the outside as you pass it on 16^th, the inside and surrounding patio area are exquisite. Concrete floors, high ceilings, white brick wall; it’s as classic and timeless as a wedding/​event venue could be. This was exactly the place for my wife and I.
Lisa, who was our day-​of coordinator did the best job of any event coordinator I’ve seen; Even the ones in the movies. She was so on point and made our special evening everything it was. It would not have been the same without her guiding us the whole way through. She was as professional and cool as it gets. Thank you Lisa!
If you’re looking to get married, have a baby shower, have a party, or do anything with a group of others, this is your place hands down. Whatever the event or gathering may be, The Find is the place you must find. You will not be let down.
One last thing I’ll note is we searched several wedding/​event venues throughout the Sacramento area before finding The Find. Nothing else compared. No other place was nearly as professional. No other place had to offer what they do here at The Find. This is THE PLACE in Sacramento and Northern California as a whole. Mark my words.

My husband and I just got married here! After months and months of searching for a perfect venue to host our ceremony and reception it came to an end when we found studio817. As soon as we walked into the space my husband I knew that this place matched us so well. The place is fairly new to neighborhood and definitely a must see! From the amazing brick walls, rustic beams, and beautiful market lights the place has an abundance of charm to host any event that won’t break your budget. They have tons of shabby chic vintage furniture that’ll make your heart swoon.
I’m from orange county and planning an event so far away would make any bride have anxiety with everything else going on but Aimee, Lisa and the rest of the studio 817 staff was so helpful and friendly. They responded quickly with the 50million questions i must have asked them throughout the whole planning and assisted us beyond what we expected and imagined i’m sure i must have drove them nuts hahah.
On the day of the ceremony Lisa was on site ensuring all our vendors and guests were taken care of. We had an amazing time and for sure an experience we won’t ever forget. Thank you so much!!! Highly recommend them for your event and rentals!

My wife and I help our wedding reception at The Find/​Studio 817 and couldn’t be happier with our decision. The space is ample, with brick walls and high ceilings, and has a wonderful vibe, with Victorian couches and other cool accessories. Compared to other downtown options this was by far the best (but they’re still new as a venue site). Its also very convenient to downtown hotels for those guests who don’t want to drive. We actually had our wedding at Capitol Park and had a parade to Studio 817 for the reception. Highly recommended. Thanks for helping make our wedding reception a rocking, fun time!

I rented The Find for a surprise 30^th birthday and it was amazing!!! The space is absolutely beautiful and everyone who was there was in awe. My favorite part is the brick wall and chandeliers. They also set up a lounge for party guests and it was perfect. They went above and beyond my expectations and I would recommend this space to anyone!

I rented some furniture pieces as well as some accent pieces for my daughter’s first birthday party and they were beautiful! What I love about the pieces that I rented is that they were all so versatile. As an event planner, I could easily use the same pieces I used to style my daughter’s birthday with to style a wedding, baby shower, etc. Excellent customer service and beautiful, quality pieces… will definitely be using them again!

We rented a few chandeliers for a client’s ceremony design and they were fabulous! Lots of bling definitely added to our background — and The Find’s customer service when working with other planners is excellent! Definitely using them again!

I rented some items for a baby shower and they were a hit. Everyone loved Cornhole, such a fun item to have at events. Not only do have a fantastic variety of items but they are reasonably priced. The girls at The Find are accommodating and super sweet!

In planning my client’s Napa wedding, we were looking for contemporary lounge furniture to be placed in an old rustic brick wine storehouse venue. This was where the dance party reception was to be held. The Find not only has some very cool vintage pieces, but they had just what my bride was looking for in the way of more modern furniture. We selected a beautiful white, soft leather-​like material, high backed settee with matching tufted benches. It was perfect, and the guests loved them — in fact many never left the comfort of the couches! They kept in contact with me concerning arrival time for delivery, and efficiently and perfectly delivered and set up. They asked me first how I would like the pieces arranged and then with their keen eye, made a few wiggles for the perfect arrangement to the dance floor and bar. Great resource and great inventory!
