History

Established in 1996.

The Law office of David A. Martin opened in 1996 as a sole and general law practice. In those early days there were no associates. As the years went by Mr. Martin focused his practice exclusively on Family Law and in 2004 was recognized by the California State Bar as a Certified Specialist in the practice of Family Law*. As his expertise grew, so did the demand for his services and Mr. Martin built a team of talented, experienced and enthusiastic professionals who, under his direct and ongoing supervision, are dedicated to providing conscientious, aggressive and diligent legal representation to each and every client. Today, the Law Office of David A. Martin enjoys a reputation for getting results using creative, effective and aggressive strategies and tactics while being receptive to the personal needs of each client.

Business Owner

David A. Martin has been practicing law in Sacramento and the surrounding communities for 18 years. A graduate of California State University, Sacramento, Mr. Martin went on to earn his law degree from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. As the principal of the firm, Mr. Martin makes every effort to ensure that our clients have the best chance of winning their respective cases by working with staff and attorneys to develop winning strategies and by providing the necessary oversight to see that those strategies are properly implemented. Mr. Martin prides himself on making sure that what needs to be done gets done. His professional philosophy has always been to aggressively seek a fair and just result even with the most difficult of cases.
