I had SUCH a great experience with The Mix Master. Shannon helped me figure out the amount of time needed to get my group to and from our event and, when I realized the day before the event that we would be a very tight squeeze (8 people over 6″ tall in a Lincoln Town Car), she helped us upgrade to a stretch Hummer without breaking the bank. Keisha, our driver, was incredibly sweet and professional. She arrived early and was ready to go the minute we wanted to head out. We had such a great time we will be making this an annual event. Look no further than Mix Master if you want to travel in style and just enjoy the evening rather than worrying about logistics.

Andre «Dre» is the best chauffeur! He arrived on time and kept us on schedule for our wine tasting reservations in Amador county. He made my 30^th birthday party a blast! Thank you!

Where to start?
I purchased this through a Groupon in December of 2014. I called to make reservations for a holiday light tour only to find out they had no time or availability. The woman who answered the phone said she would look into the reservation and see if there was a way she could accommodate. I never heard back from her and ended up finding a much better price online with a different limo company.
The problem was, I had a Groupon that I needed to use by April 2015. In February, I called to make a reservation and left a message. — two days later no call. The second message was left and no return call. The third time was the charm, I finally was able to make a reservation. The limo was scheduled to arrive at 7pm and arrived at 7:10 — 7:15, with the drivers excuse of her phone directions sending her somewhere else. My question is, as a limo driver shouldn’t you make sure you have reliable directions??? We then started our journey and had to give the limo driver directions, when we got to the first drop off location, we were almost 30 minutes late (she went the wrong direction). I have a hard time with a limo driver/​company not having proper directions, especially when the addresses for all stops were e-​mailed to them prior to pick up. The rest of the trip was uneventful until the limo driver, who never opened the door for us, stood by the door and proceeded to tell us that we should not have been eating popcorn in the limo. She told us that you were not allowed to eat in the limo and came back with a garbage bag for us to clean up — seriously??? It would be one thing if we were a group that was drunk, rude, and out of control but this was not the case what so ever.
We were not able to make it to our last spot of the night, because we didn’t have enough time, which was also disappointing. I felt like the driver should have made up the time from when she arrived late, but that apparently was time I got to pay for her to be lost!
I would not recommend this company for limo service, the Groupon was more expensive than other limo companies and there had additional charges for tip and services (I guess the bottled water?) I should have known the service would not be up to price when they couldn’t even return phone calls.

The only reason I give this company 3 stars is because of Keshia! She was a great driver super friendly and wonderful! Arrived on time and was there to pick us up and drive us here to there at each stop. If my rating was based on Keshia only it would be a 5 star rating, based on the company it would be 1. The reason I’m even reviewing this company is because after the great service Keshia gave me I didn’t get to tip her!
When I first called to find out about the limo service I saw on groupon the lady on the other end of the phone told me I didn’t need a groupon and she would honor that price. I gave her my credit card number and was given a final price with tax and tip included (this was about a month before my event). Well four days before my event I hadn’t heard from them at all so I called… the lady that answered said she was busy but would call me back. I never got a call back, I called the next day and left a message, again no call back. Now we are two days out from my event. Checked all my credit card statements and realized I was never charged… starting to panic a little. Called back two more times with no answer the last time I got a girl on the phone that confirmed my day, time and total. Yay finally!
After my event I went to pay Keshia and was just double checking the price with her, when she told me I was NOT charged the groupon price! So now tip was not included. My event was budgeted and I didn’t have money left to give her a tip and honestly, I shouldn’t have to pay more than I was quoted!
I really hope I can get this resolved and Keshia will get the tip she deserves!

There is no way I couldnt give their service 5 stars, because they did everything right so they derserve it.
It was my wifes birthday and I wanted to do somthing big, so I took advantage of the groupon deal to get the stretch hummer. So I booked it but later had to switch the date from a friday to a saturday. Thats when I found out that I didn fully read the coupon which was only vallid for weedays. I explained to them my situation and why I had to switch days, and fortunately they were able to meet me in the middle, not giving me the groupon price but definitely not charging me the regular price.
My limo arrived exactly on time, thanks to my awsome driver Bobby. He even took the liberty to help with my surprise set up for my wife by talking to the valle service, getting them to allow him to briefly park the limo right in front of the hotel entrance and not on the street. My driver was professional, and had a great personality, which only helped my wife have the best birthday ever.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a limo service. I would also recommend asking for bobby as your driver. Im quite sure they will be seeing me again.

I will definitely use this company again. I called on a whim hoping for a limo for that same night, and with just 3 hours notice, they made it happen. They showed up right on time, the limo was very clean, and our driver Hope was so professional and pleasant. We had a great time!

We had the pleasure of having Teresa drive us last night for a special event for a dear friend, Teresa made the evening even more special. If you need a limo be sure to request Teresa, she is very professional and a wonderful personality that adds to the fun of a limo experience. We had an excellent experience with this limo company. We hired them for our daughter’s 21^st birthday and received every bit the experience we had hoped for this very special occasion. We rented their least expensive limo (and it was beautiful!) for a round trip evening ride from Sacramento to San Francisco. The driver, Eric, arrived early, was extremely professional, hip, and gracious to our daughter’s hyper excited group of friends. I was treated very well by Shannon, the office manager, while making all the arrangements. She was always pleasant and worked hard to make sure I was comfortable with everything. I gave her a very long list of sights my daughter wanted to visit and I think they got almost everything in.

I wanted to buy the groupon deal from this company; however, I called today and they told me they are adding $ 250 in fees. In my opinion the company is lying to customers because that is not a deal. They are giving me the same price as the other companies. What is the point of buying a groupon, if I will get it for the same price as their competitors. I think is unethical to lie to customers. I understand fees in groupon are not included but come on $ 250 is too much for a $ 600 deal about 45% more in fees. :(

The Groupon «deal» for $ 169 seems to be a bait and switch tactic. I wanted a limo for 4 – 6 people starting at noon on a Friday with a weeks advance notice and all they had was a Hummer limo for $ 450. I have a hard time believing they had no vehicle available since this company has multiple locations in the Sac area… Before you buy the Groupon «deal» make sure they have what you want on the day and time you want it. I almost wasted $ 169… call for availability before you get suckered in…

For almost the same price as any other birthday venue, we were able to throw a surprise limo birthday party for our 12 your old. We got a white hummer and the kids had the most FANTASTIC time. I’m sure it will cause a new limo party craze in our neighborhood. The kids kept saying, «This is the BEST party we have ever been to!». My son will absolutely never forget this party! Theresa, the limo driver, was more than accommodating. She made me feel extremely comfortable with the kids, since there was no adult inside the limo with them. Mixmaster really did come through for us BIG! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. They were also flexible with a few date changes. Love, Love, Love Mixmaster! Thank you for such an amazing time!

Great Service as always. I have used this company many times and recently again for my daughter. Never disappointed. The drivers are professional and can change hats in an instant, from doing business professionally while dealing with costs and payment (w/​parents) to fun loving and playful with the kids being so excited.
This company has come through for us several different times. The limo’s are clean, nice and up to date. The cost is GREAT! I recommend them to everyone!

A white hummer limo for my wedding day! Sounds expensive, but it was totally affordable. They even worked with my budget and time frame!
My wedding started at 2pm, which meant that we’d be done around 3pm and didn’t need to be at the reception until 6pm. With no clear definite plans of what we’d be doing after the ceremony or where we’d be taking wedding photos, the limo service was very go with the flow. Didn’t rush us at all, but just hung back until we were ready to go!
Really great customer service! All for less than $ 300! Yes, that cheap for a hummer limo! Really made our day and our bridal party was allowed to get hyphy and take a breather before more craziness!

They lose one star for the confusion over my bill (twice) but they fixed it both times.
Our family took their Christmas Light Tour last night and we were very happy. The driver was so nice. The limo was perfection and the tour was mapped out for us by the driver. I could not have asked for a better experience. If we do this next year we will use Mix Master again.

These guys always give us a good deal for our after school program limo reward trips. Friendly staff and the kids love it!

We rented a limo for a wine tasting trip for 4 hours. Theresa our limo driver was awesome. She was professional and very helpful taking our picnic to and from the winery. The limo was clean and equipped with water and champagne. I would recommend and will use again!

I’ve used Mix Master Limos on a couple occasions. Most recently, this past weekend.
Teresa, who took the reservation, was very friendly, accommodating and professional. Our driver, Sean, arrived 10 minutes early. The limo was immaculate inside an out, stocked with bottled water and a champagne.
We reserved it for 5hrs and found their rate to be very competitive with the market. In fact, we’ve received worst service for more money from several other companies in Sacramento.

Terrible. Our driver was late had to fill up gas on the way to prom. Got us to dinner one hour late. Was talking on his phone the whole time. And then took us to the wrong prom, very horrible. Do not give them business.

I rented a hummer limo from this company for prom in 09! they were great! on time and and very easy to work with. The driver laid out the rules before letting us in and even had a few cds made for us! After dropping us off he offered to pick us up any refreshments on his way back and didnt even charge us for it! He was very polite and funny! I will for sure use mix master again!
