Horrible customer service AND communication. I went in to find a new couch, I talked with the owner and let him know my budget and situation. He showed me a couch that was exactly what I was looking for. He said it was on sale right now and it was a little over $ 800. I let him know that would be perfect for me if we could arrange monthly payments. After going over numbers and whatnot and letting him know how much I could afford MONTHLY, he showed me the finance company they use and got me set up to get it going. Come to find out, I am now paying twice a month, more than what the initial payment was suppose to be. TWICE A MONTH. I never agreed to that and I told him this all before.
This isn’t the only problem I had with them. I was told upon delivery, they would take my old couch for me for an additional $ 40, very reasonable. So when they got to my house they day of delivery, not only were they late but the 2 guys that showed up had no clue about taking my old couch. They said they didn’t do that. After explaining to them that was what I was told, they finally said okay but in a very hostile way, making me feel very uncomfortable. They took my old couch and pretty much just shoved it down my stairs. I paid them the $ 40 and they looked at me like they had to clue what was going on, which makes me feel like this isn’t even a real thing they do and the owner who told me they would do it just made up a random fee/​number to tell me to give them.
After they left, I realized they hadn’t even put my couch together. It was in 2 big pieces and needed to be hooked in 2 different spots. So every time I sat down on it, it would slide apart. The pieces were too heavy for me to lift and connect on my own so I had to call someone over to help. After all that, the couch was HORRIBLY uncomfortable. Stiff as can be. Figured it’s new and I will just have to break it in, but no… it’s that bad. I don’t even want to sit on my own couch. I could have bought something a lot better from IKEA (which I wish I would have).
Those things were just the beginning, but when I saw them double charging I realized I was done with this place and wanted to return this couch, which has been nothing but a nightmare since day one. I have been trying to contact them letting them know and wanting to return this item and the communication was horrible. He will not take a return for anything he said. Wow, what a great company. He said no matter what the circumstances were, he does not return his furniture. I really feel taken advantage of…

I did not even want to put ONE star! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Received the wrong couch TWICE & the owner did not want to refund me. I don’t understand how this place is still in business!

Today’s Furniture & Accessories has quality furniture. The owner, Majid, provides excellent customer. The best in the west.

This is the go to for any type of furniture that will look amazing, is durable, and won’t break your wallet. Majid the owner always gives great deals. This bed which usually would cost 3k at other stores cost me only 1.5k. I’ve moved since I bought it 5 times and one of the legs cracked and majid fixed it for free. Check this place out!!!

Went in yesterday and got a queen size pillow top mattress and headboard frame. After going around town asking for prices this shop had the lowest price and service they delivered it to me on time and i’m very happy with it. Would recommend to anyone trying to get a good deal on some furniture.

I’m furnishing my 4000 sq. foot house from this place. So far I’m extremely pleased with the service, prices and the quality of the furniture. The owner is honest, friendly and courteous. Prices are unbelievably low. I shopped at other named retailers in town, and the prices here are at least 30% to 40% less. They even deliver for free. Highly recommend this place.

We have had a pleasurable experience each time we have been to this store. They are willing to work with you and want to give you the best possible price. We have bought a couple of furniture items and are quite satisfied. One item was a dresser, which looks great and works perfect. The other item was a matress, which I’m completely satisfied with. This store will help you with whatever your needs and budget can allow.

The owner of this furniture store is a great guy. I just bought a home and was looking for a few items (not sure I’m done yet) BUT this guy is great. I knew I needed a table and my son had no where to do his homework. He gave me a great deal on a table AND gave my son a desk his son out grew. I picked the desk up the next day and the table is now on the way. I’m just thankful there are still good people out there and I will be going back :) Not sure what the above posters are talking about but this place deserves 5 stars, I even checked out 3 other small furniture stores and none compared in price or customer service

Also, I finally was able to get my dad over to help me assemble this new table and put it up… and it was the WRONG table. They gave me a different marble top table this time.
I’m going to end up keeping it, I’m still deciding if I like it better, but I can’t believe after everything I’ve gone through to even get this table… it is the wrong one.
Oh, and they still won’t fix my chairs.
I give up.

I ordered a 3 piece sectional and the owner had said that it would be ready in 10days. Today is the 10^th day & so I called the store to see if I can pick it up because I borrowed my dad’s truck & trailer to pick it up so that I dont have to pay the extra charge or deal with the long waiting of the delivery. After calling 3 times & my husband calling 2 times, I finally called a 4^th with one of the guys telling me that the owner is out of town and he has know idea about my order and that I would have to call back when the owner comes back which is Thurs. And then he tells me that my couch is not ready yet and that It would be ready on Friday. I told him why didnt the owner call me to confirm that my order will be late? I really dont want to purchase this couch anymore… IT IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
But my Couch did finally come after 2 ½ weeks of what they had told me. And told me that its took so long because it was a big couch and the warehouse was making it perfect! I am happy with the couch so thats why it got one star. But it was the wrong color! And the wrong size. We ordered 9″ X 7″ L-​sectional with a right side chaise. Pebble (light blue) WE ENDED UP WITH a 9″ X 11″ L-​Sectional with a left side chaise in Forest green. But whatever. It looked good so we decided to keep it. We decided to go back & ask him about dinner chairs, He said he’d give us a good price for 4 chairs. We told him that it has to be the chairs that we wanted right? And told him that he gave us the wrong size & wrong color couch & was joking around with him about it. And told him that we were still happy with the couch. And he told us that he should charge us more for the chairs because of the couch. UH NO!!! Why should we pay for your factory’s mistakes. Not our fault they dont know how to read measurements.

I had a very bad experience with this furniture store and do not recommend anyone to shop here at all. So about a month ago I purchased a 3 piece sectional sofa from the owner of this store. I asked him how much was for delivery and he told me $ 35, so I added delivery. So delivery was setup for the next day, sometime in the afternoon I was told.
The next day I’m waiting around for my sofa. It was almost 5 and no one showed up yet, so I called the store and they told me they were about to leave the store with my sofa. I finally get a call around 6pm, the delivery guy is outside wanted me to open the gate (I live in a apartment complex). I go outside and open the gate for him. He parks in the parking lot which is about 200 feet from my door step. He starts to unload the sofa and he is all by himself and I’m thinking wow is he going to carry this in all by himself.
He finally unloads everything off the truck and he tells me he’s done and wanted me to sign off on the delivery. I asked him aren’t you going to bring it into my house. He says no, he is only paid to drop it off. I’m like WTF. I’m all by myself had no one to help me. He kept on telling me to sign off on the delivery and I refused. I tried to call the store but I guess it was close. The delivery guy kept on telling me to sign the paper and I kept all telling him I had no one to help me move it in. SO after awhile he finally left without a signature.
I had to wait almost and hour for my dad to come help me move it into my house.
The next day I called up the shop and talked to the owner. He basically apologize but went on to say that their policy is to only drop off the furniture because of insurance purposes.
I told him he didn’t even drop it off at my door step, he drop it off in the parking lot which is 200 feet away. The owner told me he was suppose to drop it off at the door step and continued apologizing for the delivery guy, saying he was new.
I told him that it was his fault because he did not mention anything about his delivery policy when I was at the store. If he was to tell me about it, I would have been prepared and gotten some help and not have to wait an hour outside for my dad to come help me carry it in.
He continued to apologize and he told me he would give me 10% discount the next time I would come in. That made me even more mad. I told him why would I need that when I am never going back to his store.
