Tonic Smoke & Vape Shop

I love this place! I noticed it about a year ago while driving down Fulton Ave. I will never go anywhere else. The owner is the nicest man and so accommodating. He does everything and anything to see that you are satisfied. He always appreciates my business and I always leave with a big smile, in fact I always feel like going home and baking him a cake or something. Large beautiful store with many many items and choices. If you haven’t been there, I suggest you give it a try.

This place is amazing! They have a great selection of vape and hookah supplies, and the owner was very knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy in any way. I got a great deal on both a mod kit (eLeaf iStick 40w & Aspire Atlantas 1) and a hookah (Tonic brand, small), as well as all the requisite supplies. Their e-​liquid tasting area and equipment could use some attention (seating, more flavors available for testing, better batteries and mouthpiece covers), but other than that the atmosphere is very comfortable and inviting.
To sum it up, this isn’t the place to go if you want to go hang out and watch tv, etc., but it definitely is the place to go if you want a good deal on moderate-​to-​high quality vaping and hookah supplies.

So after posting a real review, a year later I get a response from the owner saying my review is fake. He states” after extensive video camera research” and «every owner has a B.S. in a degree such as I.T. etc.». If I wanted an I.T. professional I’d hire someone in that field. If I walk into a shop, I expect them to know about the products they are selling. To be honest, I haven’t been back to the shop since my review, so I can’t say if anything changed. I am merely writing this response to the comment I left over a year ago.

He BEST customer service from any smoke shop EVER! This guy wants you happy and he succeeds. The selection here is certainly the best around and such a clean and friendly atmosphere. I’m terribly upset that I’ll be moving away from my favorite smoke shop! Come here for the best, you’ll not regret it!

They have a wide variety, which I liked. They also have a good deal from Unilocal,I believe it was pay 70 for 100 in store.
I also really love the bong I purchased, and the selection of bowls as well.

Ayye this place hella coo. Came through for a concentrate rig and The man Sam hooked it up, has nice glass selection with multiple brands for a pretty cheap price. Good price on titanium and Quartz nails. Hella plugg for the local Arden people’s. Mostly for Vape and Hookah customers. They also support local Sacramento glass work.

Visited Tonic for the first time on Christmas Eve and went back ¹²⁄₂₆! Yep… love this store that much! Customer service oriented, knowledgeable, fair pricing and a fantastic inventory. The store is spacious and clean so there is plenty of room to browse. Sam is a pleasure to do business with and I am SO happy with my new Aspire Triton 2 tank… especially since it’s full of Ripe Vapes VCT private reserve juice. If you haven’t checked out Tonic you are missing out!

Prior to stopping in ive always purchased vape online for quality taste, ingredients and so forth. Recently i purchased a dry herb pen and was rather «bust.» Not really desiring to wait for shipping, crossing fingers and such that id snag a quality pen i saw the reviews and decided to swing by. This place is ENORMOUS lol. Atleast for me im rather simple and dont know much or have a need for all the bells and whistles i was hit with when entering the facility but no worries as i was a greeted with a warm welcome and friendly smile. Instead of shoving unnecessary items in my face he asked questions, got a feel for what i was looking and pointed me right toward it. There were items of larger size and cash value yet pointed me right toward what i was looking for, gave me the options to choose from and provided a veterans discount which obviously most locations could give two shits about. Hands down my latest go to shop for anything vape and could not be anymore thankful for the service provided. While in Sacramento please consider giving these guys a ride by and im sure if theyll do even half as well as they did for me youll be very happy you did.

I stopped in here to check on their selection of vape pens. Literally as soon as I opened the door (I actually was not even all the way into the building) a guy yelled «YOU GOT ANY QUESTIONS?» at me. This is not the least bit welcoming. I told him I’d let him know if I did but I was incredibly uncomfortable as he stared me down the entire time I looked at the selection in the store. I stayed less than 5 minutes because I was so uncomfortable.
I was actually planning on making a purchase before I went to the store, but the «customer service» here was so bad I went elsewhere.

Best customer service hands down! They are nice and honest about their products !! Will definitely come back soon and also recommend people to come here for their stuff.

Cool Van!!! This is a cool shop, great selection in quality glass pipes… at ½ off !!! If I need another smoke need and I am in Sacramento this is the place for us. I went in with my little honey and a little money, she walked out with a smile!!! She smiles her daddy smiles, thanks Tonic!

This place is amazing! Largest smoke/​Vape shop in sac. Place is clean and has a large variety of hookahs, tobacco, vape pens+juice, pipes, body jewelery, you name it; they got it.
The customer service is excellent. Employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. If you tell them what you’re looking for and what your needs are, it’s a guarantee that you will walk out with something better than you expected and for a great price.
If you are a hookah lover or Vape lover, tonic is where it’s at. I’ve been smoking tonic tobacco for 6 years now and it’s by far my favorite brand.
Final thoughts: This is by far the cleanest, most open smoke/​Vape shop I’ve ever been to. Most smoke shops that I’ve been to are uninviting and the employees are either A not helpful, or B trying to hit on me. I appreciate the professionalism and abundance of variety this place has to offer. If you have not stopped by this place you’re missing out. It’s like walking into Nordstrom without the hefty price tags!

I went to this shop with my buddy to check out their Hookah selection. The first thing I noticed was how big and open this shop is. Other shops that I’ve visited have been somewhat small and cluttered with a limited selection. The service and selection was great and the prices were very reasonable. The clerk told me that they do their own manufacturing which keeps prices low.
I would recommend Tonic to anyone that is looking for a nice Hookah selection at a reasonable price!

Best vape shop! Hands down, just the best. The staff is always helpful. On a scale of 1 — 10 for customer service, they get an 11. We’ve been going here since the shop opened and won’t go elsewhere.
The People are great. The prices are great. The juice is great. The experience is priceless.
You feel like a kid in a candy store with all the different juices they carry… and they let you test them all, so you know what you’re getting. The owner and the staff take their time to talk to you, get a feel for you and make it a personable experience. They offer their suggestions and they’ve never steered me wrong.
If you’re into hookah, this is the place for you too. I’m blown away with the different set ups they have and the variety they offer.

Wow, wow, WOW! I’m so happy I found this place! I’ve been vaping for a couple years and recently moved up here from LA, having had a hard time finding a new spot, this place is a total gem! I can undoubtedly say that this is the nicest shop I’ve EVER visited.
I came in and met Nelson today, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t want like most other shops, oh no, he took care of me and I’m so happy with his service.
From vapes & juices to hookas and pipes, this place has all of the best selection and their prices are great! It didn’t take me long to find exactly what I wanted but I stayed around to picked Nelson’s brain for a bit and man, he had a lot to offer as far and information.
I left this place educated about what I purchased and all around happy!
I will definitely spread the word about my experience because this business is all around fantastic! If I could rate 10 stars I would!
