Touch Chiropractic

I began seeing Dr. Jeff following my accident in which I was rear ended. Let me tell you I was in horrible pain with my back and hip! Dr. Jeff is a lifesaver and so incredibly personable. I’m well on my way to recovery and I can’t thank him enough! If you need an adjustment or more long term treatment, look no further!

Dr. Dina from Touch is one of the only chiropractic care specialists that offer Network chiropractic care. This was exactly what I was looking because my nervous system needed to be rebalanced. After 4 months of weekly visits I can say that I feel more calm, present, and overall have a higher sense of peace. Its taken a lot of work to get to this point in my life, but the professional and dedicated care from Touch has helped me reach a new level of happiness and continued growth in my life. Highly recommended.

I started visiting Dr. Jeff Keon about a month ago after at the suggestion of my personal trainer/​fiancé thought it would be a good addition to my fitness routine. I have a «desk job» (add in my commute time) and I’m stuck sitting from 7am — 6pm which had begun to cause pain in my shoulders, upper back, lower back and causing a slight rounding of my shoulders.
I had never been to a Chriopractor before so I didn’t know what to expect. During my first visit, Dr. Keon asked about my reason for appointment, what my daily routines are and began adjusting me. He was very gentle and explained what he was going to do before he did it. I felt relaxed and my pain decreased after a couple visits (which are only about 10 mins long now). What I really love is that he gave me tips to work on in my daily life to help decrease my discomfort, i.e. exercises to help roll back my shoulders and address my pelvic tilt, suggested a «standing desk» at work too.
Well life got crazy and I haven’t seen Jeff in about a month now… and boy do I need some adjusting! I think I’ll give Elaine (his receptionist who is very nice) a call right now.
