Excellent customer service and professionalism. Once we got there the truck that was reserved for us had not been returned by the last person who had rented it. The lady working there made sure to track the truck down and had it returned immediately in order to fulfill their obligation to us. From now on I will only rent from this location as I have rented from others and have never received the personal attention that I received at this location.

I had an interesting run in with this Uhaul location today. Cinda, the woman working at the time, was dealing with an interesting character who had used their phone for a long distance call. Long story short, the guy had lost everything, and she was trying to be nice by letting him use the phone. He ends up loosing his cool and starts shouting obscenities over the phone. Cinda, like a boss, had no tolerance for that and showed him the highway (rather unfortunate for his situation but he crossed the line of business appropriate language)
Yeah my renting experience was good, but Cinda was awesome. Just because she tried to treat another human with kindness, I’m going to come back to this UHaul because I know I’ll be treated like a human with Cinda working.
