Great optometry practice. Went in for appointment when they were having frame truck show so a little crazy. Dr Pham great during exam. Explained everything she was doing and showed me difference from previous rx to what new rx to be. Definitely saw difference. Didn’t feel optician tried to upsell any option but explained benefits and what would be best for my vision. Large selection of frames!

I’ve been getting my contacts and glasses here since 2012, but I’m never going back. Their customer service can’t get any worse. They barely acknowledge you when you go in, and although the doctor’s are great, the assistants are mediocre at best, thoughtless at worst. My husband went in just for a follow-​up appointment to his contact lens fitting and he waited half an hour before rescheduling; who knows how long they were going to keep him waiting. Moreover, he waited two and half weeks to get his prescriptions glasses, only to find out they were the wrong glasses — wrong frame, wrong color. He was told the correct ones would be in by the next week, but it’s been a total of 5 ½ weeks now and still no glasses, no phone call to update him. He had to go in and ask about the status and the manager just said sorry — no resolution, no discount, just a «hopefully they’re in by the end of the week.» Hopefully, considering by the end of the week it will have been 6 weeks!
