Very rude customer service, even by their assistant manager with the pony tail. He did not fully understand the situation and seemed annoyed that he was called to assist one of the customers with their photo order. He didn’t seem to appreciate the business from customers. Unfortunately, he will need to step his game up and show the rest of the employees what it is meant to have good customer service otherwise they will all follow his lousy attitude. The store layout seems nice and neat however their clearance section seems to be a mumble jumble. The only con to this Walgreens is that they are 24 hours. I would Only return here if I need something during times where other stores aren’t open.

i thought it was a typical Walgreens. Layout is pretty much similar. I cannot say that I was thrown or could say it was SPECTACULAR as it is really typical. I bought Aleve and ballpoint pens. They got what i needed. The cashier was super nice too.

I can always count on this place being OPEN no matter what!!! Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve and Day — Walgreens doesn’t seem to believe in celebrating holidays as they are literally open 24⁄7365! You wouldn’t think it, but this location gets PACKED Christmas Eve and Valentine’s Day with all the last minute shoppers! The store is always clean and has everything you could possibly need – hair/makeup, food, toys, As Seen on TV items, photo center, OTC medications, etc. Workers are all super nice and helpful too! 5⁄5! The pharmacists there are great too!!! Tho Tran and Navi Atwal are THEBESTPHARMACISTS!!! They always get your prescription out on time and their technicians – Maggy and Rupi – are AWESOME! They even offer flu shots that won’t leave your arm sore the next day, have a drive-thru if you’re too lazy to leave your car, and are always respectful of your privacy! I recommend coming here versus any other retail pharmacy because customer service is always a 5⁄5!

I have been coming to this location for ten plus years. It has always had phenomenal service and some great deals. If you know me, I’m addicted to deals. Not only are the deals a plus, but this place has come to my rescue numerous time. It’s open 24 hours and I can’t even count how many times I’ve run here to grab that item I forgot to get for a project for school or just plain left out of my shopping list.

[Review mainly for the photo department]: I ordered a 11×14 poster photo, returned in an hour to pick it up, and they presented me with a 5×8 cardboard envelope(was the 11×14 poster photo folded up?) As they were ringing me up, I opened the 5×8 cardboard envelope to unveil a color photo of SOMEONEELSE’s COLOR party photo; NOT my black and white portrait photo. I told the cashier that it wasn’t my photo(& the wrong size). She asked the photo tech guinness who completed my order and he told her that it was because they ran out of the poster-sized paper, so he developed a smaller one. I re-itterrated the fact that it wasn’t even my photo to begin with and inquired as to whether or not they happened to put my ordered photo in someone else’s batch. They insisted I must’ve selected the wrong picture. I would’ve busted out my USB drive and show them that no other photos exist on my drive, but that would’ve been pointless. Oh yes, and what is the point of me entering my phone number into the kiosk when placing the order, when they just develop whatever the heck they want without notifying me of the changes/problems. And for having me waste my time in driving back there expecting MY order to be done(correctly). And on top of that, charge a 5×8 for the same price as an 11×14?! Tsktsk shame on you Walgreens photo department. If I hadn’t opened my package until I got home, I would’ve been super-pissed. TIP to everyone who gets their pictures developed here: Be sure to check that the envelope of photo(s) does indeed belong to you BEFORE paying. Other previous photo department mishaps from this location: some of the photo clerks may be dyslexic(not bashing on special needs people or anything). Before the photo kiosk came about and I needed rolled film/reprints developed, they told me I wasn’t in the system on those four separate occasions. It turns out the clerks punched my number in the system wrong. And each time I had to give them my address, email, and ID just for reprints.(Is all that really needed? Especially when there’s a long line behind me!?) There must be 5 or 6 different numbers that have my name, address, and email attached to them.

Cool that they are open 24 hours, too bad the store is dirty and the people not too customer service oriented

Walgreen is usually an expensive place to shop for anything really, but that’s where couponing comes in handy. Customer service is pretty good, regulars are usually acknowledge by the employees.

The customer service is nice, but not overly friendly. The layout is like most Wal Greens, which is easy to maneuver. They offer Rewards(in store coupons) on specified items, that can save you money on your next transaction. You can only use one reward per item and it cannot exceed the price of the item. You can save big(but you must make multiple transactions to do so) by shopping according to the weekly ad and use coupons from the newspaper. Also their photo center is fast, efficient and reasonably priced. Overall, decent customer service, nice photo department, and good prices(on sale items). *I would suggest shopping during the day time, because at night the neighborhood is kind of sketchy.

I was looking for a way to gift some photographs for Christmas, and looked on-line to see what Walgreens could offer at short notice. I was able to place an order on line including almost 100 photographs in a twenty page, hard-back book. I uploaded the pictures from home at 08:35 am, and at 11:00 am I received an email saying that my books were ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store, the staff took time to make sure that I was happy with the product — and I was. The quality of both the printing and the binding were great, and I shan’t hesitiate to use the service again! Great job!

i love this walgreens! they are open 24hrs, how can you not love that? plus they’re even open during major holidays which is wildly convenient when you run out of milk on Christmas morning. the employees are sweet and try to help you. i’ve never really needed help since i know where everything is. i grew up in greenhaven which is about 4 miles away, but i still came here instead of other drug stores. they have always been awesome. so nice to see they still rock after 10 years of me coming here.

I have been frequenting this store for nearly fourteen years. It has saved me while being attacked by migranes in the middle of the night because it is open 24 hours. I have gotten nearly every photo I have developed in the photography department and I think their photo guy Noël is pretty awesome. There isn’t much else that I’d want from here, but I think the customer service is great!

Mr. Walgreen, I understand that it is Memorial Day, but if you are going to change your pharmacy hours to normal Sunday hours during this holiday… it would behoove you to post a sign. You were supposed to open at 8:00 A.M. I was up bright and early this morning, drove all the way to your store just to be greeted with an ugly metal window. No signs advertising an hour change. No nothing. There were no signs yesterday, either. To top things off, I waited in my car for you to open, only to be attacked by a Jehova’s Witness. Who is this Jehova, and why does he think I want to read his«magazine»? One star, because your nice woman at the register was nice to me even though I was being rather bitchy. Two stars, because once I got to the pharmacy, I was out in a jiffy.
