I can’t vouch for the quality of work, but based on the previous reviews this place does a great job. I brought in my new car for an estimate for a small dent on the side of the car. The estimate I received was in line with estimates from other places. The manager took his time walking me through and explaining the repair process. However, instead of pushing me to get the dent fixed, the manager actually recommended not fixing it. The repair cost was significant due to the location of the dent. He actually buffed out the scratch free of charge, and the dent was hardly noticeable. I highly recommend this place due to the great customer service. I will definitely be coming back for any future repairs.

My experience with New Saddle Brook Auto Body was top notch. Jose was extremely helpful, honest and attentive. He kept me informed of the status of repairs each step of the way. They worked with my insurance company to make it effortless for me. My minivan looks brand new! I would highly recommend this shop.

The Auto body shop is really good. The quality of the work is excellent and the repair done on my car is outstanding. I couldn’t even recognize the damage. The process was simple and the staff was cooperative.

I brought in my car after accidentally backing into some sort of a steel sheet in a parking lot. There was a deep scratch near the rear car door. I am so glad I picked them. Jose and his team efficiently and quickly completed the work on my car. He was also super responsive on the phone and was a thorough professional. He even offered to stay late after closing time just so I can pick up my car after work!

At first I was nervous because the guy here said my paint would be hard to match and wouldn’t look exactly the same but would try his hardest… so I dropped my car off Monday night, picked it up Wednesday and omg the happiness in me was so high. I couldn’t believe how exactly he got the paint to match. So happy from my accident over a year ago. Made this proud 2013 Ford Mustang GT owner so happy once again!!! Love these guys and will always do my business with them and only them!

I brought my car here for repairs after another car backed into my driver’s side door, and I must say I couldn’t be happier with my experience!
I first met with Stanley, who was extremely helpful in getting my original estimate squared away with my insurance company. When the time came to drop my car off, the process was simple and straightforward. I continued to receive text updates as my car was being repaired, and they finished earlier than expected. When Jose called to say the car was finished, and I couldn’t make it by 5p before they closed, he offered to wait late for me.
This kind of above-​and-​beyond service is what will bring me back to New Saddle Brook Auto Body time and again. I highly recommend them!

I’ve never had to chose a body shop myself so I went with New Saddlebrook Auto Body on the merit of Unilocal reviews… that, and it’s always busy when I drive by… so there’s two good signs to go by.
I’m really glad I picked them. I dealt with Tatiana, Stanley, & Jose and everyone was incredibly courteous and helpful. They notified me with every update to my car, and they dealt with my insurance when it came to supplements (bodyshop’s typically discover more damage when they start taking things apart, nothing out of the ordinary) AND my rental.
When my car was ready, I was never under any rush to pick it up *right then and now*… which is nice when you have an infant and need to make transportation arrangements.
More importantly, my car looks amazing!
I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a great body shop. I don’t *want* another auto collision, but if and when that day arrives, I know where I’m taking my car!

Exceptional work and competitive prices!!! The owner went the extra mile to help me with my complicated schedule and deadline, and found a way to make a win-​win situation. The staff is kind & helpful, and the craftsmanship is impeccable. I would easily use them again.

Friendly staff but they did very simple job in a very poor way. There was no problem for me with money, insurance was paying for the repair. I told couple times what needs to be done yet they did it their own way. And after i saw what was done i was surprised by this amateur and very poor job. I didn’t go back since it is a headache to deal with insurance all over again.

The man who runs this auto body shop, Jose, is extremely skilled in his craft and is a complete gentleman. After the first time I went there, I knew I would be returning. Although busy with several other customers, I was treated as if I was the only person there. I’m sure all of the other customers would say the same. The customer service is fantastic and the prices are extremely fair. This company is not here to over charge customers; they care about giving a fair price and helping people fix their vehicles in a timely manner.
I am a customer for life!

If I could honestly give 10 stars, I would. Jose and his shop is absolutely amazing. I needed body repairs on a car that I needed in within a 4 day window, and he was able to finish the car in 1.5 days. From the start, he thoroughly reviewed the damages needing repairs, went back to his office to discuss which parts would be needed line item by line item, and had the parts ordered right away. The work is completely flawless and I am extremely amazed with the turnout. I even tried tipping Jose for the sensational work and he didn’t want it!
I will never trust any other auto body shop except New Saddle Brook Auto Body!

The car looks brand new. Jose will handle your job personally, plus he gave me a ride to the car rental co.
Car was cleaned inside and out, despite all the fur from my dog.
Plus, I accidentally left my expensive Benchmade knife and even some cash in the console. I thought it was missing, but they had just put it in a bag in the trunk so they could clean.
Those are honorable employees.

What autobody shop ask you for your prefer method for communication? I was able to find updates about my car through a telephone conversation, email and text! It was great.
What tops the great service I relieved is that they delivered teh car to me when they were finished.
