I’ll have to go along with the other reviewers. I’ve gone here for years and the staff is the rudest who could care less if you buy anything or not. You’re lucky if you ask a question and get a right answer.
It’s a captured audience situation, conveniently located in a strip mall.

Worst customer service I have ever seen! I have been a customer for over 15 years as a professional stylist I have never had a problem at any other stores I’m not going to bad mouth anybody but after dealing with this store and having 5 bad customer experiences and only shopping there 6 times I cancelled my account and regretted ever shopping there the only reason I would ever buy anything there is if my regular professional store was closed I would rather tell a client I can not do their hair than ever buy a product from the store

I go here pretty often because it’s conveniently located but the staff never really seems to care to help with anything and when they are willing to help, they never really seem to know much about their inventory. I’ll still shop here but I just wish the staff was a little more knowledgeable and approachable

Average. Nothing exceptional worth mentioning. Just another Sally’s but its convenient because its in a shopping complex which includes model’s, bally’s total fitness, Walmart, etc.
