As a certified life coach and exclusive life coach of Med Spa at The Fountain, I want to help you grow, change, develop and achieve your life goals. While I will challenge you to live out your values and reach your potential, our relationship starts with your agenda, your values and your initiative. You are responsible for your life. I will help implement your choices, but you will make the choices about what actions to take and what we work on together.

Life can be hard at times especially if you don’t have someone whom you can lean on for support or motivation. That’s where I step in. We are all striving to be a better version of ourselves and that takes time and a support system. The difference between me as a life coach and another type of coach (whether it be athletic or creative) is that I am not trying to enhance an individual skill or talent but rather am working at making you better as a whole.

My objective is to enhance your best qualities to build your self-​confidence and raise your self-​esteem to have you stand up for yourself, make better decisions and to help you gain a better insight into yourself and your relationships, so that you can live a happier and more complete life.

Sessions can be in person in my office or your home or via Skype, Facetime or phone. I also do group workshops limited to four to six people if you have budget constraints or simply want to test the waters. Feel free to contact me for details or with any questions.

Business Owner

I am a certified life coach whose passion has always been to inspire and help others. I am very fortunate to be able to do so on a daily basis.

I hold a BA in Psychology and English from The George Washington University and a certificate in Life Coaching from the Universal Coach Institute. I am also the exclusive life coach at The Med Spa at The Fountain Spa, am a member of BCPWN, and volunteer my time at a women’s shelter for domestic violence.
