History

Established in 2012.

Clear Space Garage and Closet Storage Solutions started when owners Lance and Cindy were looking for quality storage solutions for their own garage. They found RedLine Garagegear and were impressed with the powder coated wood cabinets but there was not a local agent. It seemed a perfect opportunity to tap a growing market and they began the process of starting their own home and garage storage company as a side company to Lamborghini Construction and Remodeling that Lance has operated for over 25 years.

Business Owner

Clear Space owner, Lance Lamborghini, is a fourth generation descendent of the Lamborghini family that settled on Cape Cod in the early 1900s. Desiring to be a carpenter like his great-​grandfather, Lance attended Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction Technology. Since completing his education Lance has run a successful building and remodeling company on Cape Cod for over 25 years.
