Nice place to hang out
Delicious Sandwiches and flatbreads I tried almost everything «I Live In The Building» everyone I try is surprisingly tasty. The coffee is also nice but they don’t make fresh and sometimes it is not hot enough

Your only choice for coffee downtown since a lot of mornings the coffee shop across the street isn’t even open. What’s up with that?
The coffee is good. $ 4 for a tea, though?
The toasted sandwiches aren’t cheap ($ 7 – 8) but they are amazing. But if you’re expecting a good bagel, go elsewhere. They are from a bag in the refrigerator and the cream cheese is in little packets like you’d find at a hotel continental breakfast. The people who live in this building must not own toasters.
On a side note, the fancy bag and tissue paper your to-​go order is packed in is a bit excessive. Not real environmentally friendly, it feels like I just bought a piece of jewelry from Jared.
