Manager

Carlos joined L&G MortgageBanc in November of 2010 shortly after getting accepted into a top-​teir MBA program at Benedictine University just outside of Chicago. He graduated with an undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor in Business Administration. Carlos worked in the Mortgage Industry first as a Loan Officer and eventually he was fortunate to run a successful branch as a Manager from 2006 – 2008.Taking time off during the housing recession, Carlos re-​focused his attention to his family and educational goals in order to get accepted into a selective MBA program. When asked about the most important piece to his success, Carlos names «ethics» as the framework to follow. Carlos states, «Anyone can solve problems, even tough financial ones. Moral ethical behavior should be the key to a lender’s success. If you don’t have good moral behavior, society will not grant you opportunities in business.» Carlos enjoys the running the town lake & time with family!
