very good sandwich shop. Close to industry and really key place for local luncheons.

This is a cafeteria style restaurant with a server in the dining room that will refill your drinks, get you anything you need at your table like extra napkins, condements(if you forget them while going through the line). The people are very friendly and the interior is tastefully decorated. There are a multitude of selections to choose from as you go down a cafeteria style line. Starting with salads, then main entrees, then all the side dishes you can think of and rolls, then onto the desserts(Yum), then choose your drinks, get condiments at the end near the cashier. Pay at the cashier. If you need help taking your tray to your table, they will get someone to carry it for you. The food is very good but some items are not seasoned with salt, pepper, spices, etc. so it may seem bland to some. You can always add these items to your food at the table. The prices are very reasonable and the choices are very good. This is my granddaughters favorite place to eat because she can get just about anything she likes, mix and match. I like the fact that they have a Kids Club Card(ask for it) and after 10 meals the kids get a meal free. My granddaughter knows exactly how many more times she has to eat there before she gets her free meal. They have kids entrée meals for a reduced price but I can tell you they don’t reduce the amount of food. Most of the time there is at least 1 or 2 go boxes leaving with us.

So Last night I stumbled upon Piccadilly Cafeteria aka«old people’s restaurant», but I couldn’t go because they were closed. So I went by there today to get my fav rice with gravy, green beens, and fried chicken. In atlanta I would have ordered a sweet tea but since we’re in the lou no sweet tea fruit punch. For those of you that don’t know Piccadilly is straight up cafeteria style. You come in and there basically a long line of delish foods starting with salad, pasta salad, then you have your meats which range from fried fish baked fish, fried chicken, baked chicken, pork chops, then sides tons to choose from like green beens, mac & cheese, cabbage, carrots, and mashed potatoes. Then they have rolls which to be honest are not good. They look like they could be tasty but once you bite in you’re like ugh! Lastly there’s dessert, but to be honest I have been bold enough to try the dessert. You travel to the end of the line and pay the cashier. The customer service was cool. I was the only one in there so they had no choice but to be friendly because they were bored and only had me to focus on. Price is nothing to complain about. I paid 9.29 for my meal, but I was super full once I was done, so it was worth it.
