Took two weeks to get an estimate, didn’t call when he missed the first scheduled appointment, then when I did get one they said it was $ 300 an hour and would not give a specific amount — not sure why I needed estimate if it’s by the hour and couldn’t tell me how long it would take. Then scheduled the tree trimming a week ahead of time and they did not show or call. Says he forgot to schedule it. Used to be a great tree service now their customer service is horrible.

I called and spoke to them and by the next morning had a reasonable estimate and detailed explanation of what they recommended. Two days later, it was done and they told me to go look at the job and make sure I was satisfied before I paid them! I originally called three «friend» recommended tree trimmers, one called back and wanted me to meet him out there so I could point out what I wanted done (i want my 5 oaks trimmed, and count on the tree guy to guide me, not the other way around) and the third one didn’t ever return my call… Jack Wright was responsive and did a great job!
