They took 3 weeks longer than they promised to get my stuff to its destination. There was no communication from them during this time, only when I instigated contact. I got a storage unit that specifically has semi access, but the driver decided «he couldn’t fit» and just took off so they could charge me a shuttle fee. They could have parked in the lot and used the free van from the storage unit, but no. I’m literally waiting for them to deliver my stuff from the uhaul lot they went to and I’m trying to talk to the owner but he has not returned my calls for 3 hours this morning despite me calling 5 times. Do not give them business unless you want to be lied to, cheated, and spend hundreds more than the estimate

Need to come up with a new name. Far from «on time». The worst experience we have ever had with a moving company and we have moved many times. Do NOT use this company. They were supposed to deliver our dining room table and hutch and the guy who dropped it off was crazy and SO RUDE (Bobby) and ended up leaving our home without leaving the furniture after yelling at my husband. They had to send someone else out and ended up holding on to our furniture for six weeks. They misplaced it. They dropped the table finally and forgot the hutch so had to come back AGAIN. Chad, the owner said he would reimburse US $ 300 of the $ 700 we paid since we went 6 weeks with no dining table and he never sent our refund. I called and called and he finally responded and said «I never said that». Really, Chad? Unprofessional, dishonest, awful.

If I could rates it lower, I would. They did not deliver my stuff within the agreed upon time frame. I was good that a truck broke down but they were going to use another one, which also ended up «broken down». After talking to someone else at the company, I found out one of the trucks was not broken down, I was lied too. I incurred a lot of extra expenses and they wouldn’t give me a discount. I war told it was «not their fault the truck broke down and that my stuff was delivered many days late. Then when I got my stuff, some things were damaged. The guys that load and unload w set e very nice, but overall… Horrible service… If you have all the time in the world to move and money do stay in a hotel until your stuff arrives, then use them. If not, I would look at other companies.

They came did a in house estimate. Lowest of many others! They did an Amazing job! NEVER stoping for a break or for a smoke! I tryed to help, they told me not to it was their job! They were REALLY fast! If I move again I will 100% use again!!! :)

Great friendly movers. My family and I had to move to California we were recommeded by a friend to use On Time Moving. They helped us pack the first day and loaded the truck the next day and were on their way. The arrived three days later in California and were able to unload our stuff and helped us set up the major furniture before heading back to Florida. They took our stress away and made such a long move as pleasant as could be.
